"The hotel is very conveniently located for attending the conference at Moscone Center. It is less than 10 mts walk. There is a BART station within 2-5 mts walk. The hotel location is downtown and you will find homeless people and drug users nearby. Especially at night need to be careful. The hotel staff are extremely nice and helpful. I really like the hotel because of the service attitude of the staff. The rooms are decently big, have adequate space for luggage, clean and well maintained. The bathroom is small. There is no separate hot water kettle and we have to use the coffee maker. They provide free coffee and tea . The free wifi connection was fine in my room. There is a fantastic breakfast place right next door. We did not opt for breakfast with our room booking. But we ate there many days. Excellent food and service! Their house potatoes, french toast, omelettes and other dishes were excellent. Must try! There is a shopping center and multiple eateries near by. Tried a few different food options, but did not have time for shopping. Overall Pickwick is a very good hotel and is value for money, especially for business travelers attending events/conference at Moscone center."

"Hotel is in a great location. Room was a little tight, Staff very responsive to needs. Coffee, fruit, pastries and egg bites for breakfast.  Chairs in lobby need to be replaced. A bit worn."

The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with a plush bed and thoughtful touches like soft robes and quality toiletries. I especially appreciated the quiet environment—it felt like a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. The location is fantastic—just steps away from Union Square and public transport, which made exploring San Francisco very convenient. I also enjoyed the hotel amenities, including the indoor pool and spacious gym. Overall, Hotel Nikko exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco for either business."

"- Location was excellent, close to Powell Street station (BART ride to the airport in ca. 40 mins.) All connections a travel to SF would want: Street Car, Bus, CableCar, BART, Metro.. in walking distance. - People at the reception are very kind. - Cleanliness was ok, but could be improved for a hotel of this price (one handle was greasy).  -Facilities were also ok. The room layout was nice but nothing special. The pool was very nice, so was the gym. Dining options could be better. Also dining is quite expensive for what you get. Friendlyness of the staff in dining area was ok, but not as great as at reception. -Overall: recommended for a business traveller who need not worry about the price; for tourists (esp. families) to SF there are probably better options."

"Great location, near bus stop and has grocery stores around like target and trader joe's only 5-7 mins walk. Good choice of breakfast, lot of choices. We had a great stay, and was accommodated with a nice Filipina lady when we came around 9 which is too early to check-in, she let us park our baggage and said to come back like around 11 and said that she'll try to get us a room ready, but when we came back, the Chinese lady which I think the manager, she's kinda rude and not that accommodating compared to the first lady that assisted us, she told us to come back at 1 . For sure, we'll come back in this hotel when we get a chance to go to SF again."

"Great modern design hotel, very comfortable rooms, well equipped. Fantastic rooftop restaurant with wonderful kitchen and view. Very welcoming staff, great hospitality. Just ignore any bad reviews, they are commenting the neighbourhood, but that is just temporary. The location is very convenient, all modes of transportation right in front of the door. 100% recommended."
