"This was a really nice, unique hotel! The rooms are smaller than I thought, but still nice and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. The 18th floor restaurant is a higher class restaurant with a business casual dress code. We did not know this, and went up to see it and was met with a little rudeness by an employee. We were dressed very casually for traveling but when we asked to see a menu to see if we might want to eat there, she said, “if you can afford it.” She may have been joking, but it was not professional. Otherwise, staff was very nice. Check-in was super busy and had to wait about 15 minutes, but the staff was apologetic for the wait, friendly and helpful."
"The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. I really enjoyed all the space in the bathroom. Didn’t have time to swim but liked the option ."
"The location is very good, next to the bus stop to the airport. The waiter's service is also in place, I want to change a room with a good view and change it immediately. The towels are a bit less, everything else is not bad."
"The mattress was very comfortable. And the breakfast was the best “hotel breakfast” we’ve ever had! The bartender at WXYZ (I hate to say it, but I’ve forgotten her name) was extremely friendly and made plenty of suggestions for local food."
"The location of the hotel was difficult to get around without a vehicle, but if you go up along the riverside Samjang-ro, you can get a beautiful view of the sunset. The facilities of the hotel were excellent, but it was regrettable that there were restrictions on facilities due to coronavirus. There are many restaurants and fast food restaurants around, but there are no interesting entertainment options."
"Everything was great. Little Advice…Make sure you bring a USB Charging Cube wall charger. There are no USB ports in the rooms. Manager gave us an explanation why and it made sense. I haven’t traveled with a charging cube in 5 years. Luckily I had a portable charger."
"Excellent choice. A very good 3 day stay from check in to check out. Large comfortable rooms which were very quiet. The kitchen is an added bonus. Breakfast was above and beyond. Freshly cooked with lots of choices. Highly recommend this hotel!"

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Midtown Rookwood and had an excellent experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect for my business trip. The service was outstanding, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The amenities provided were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to business travelers.
SSextantisGood location with quiet surroundings despite near major road. Very close to many outlets at Rookwood commons and pavilion. Very comfortable beds. Strong internet connection. Large TV with many channels. Large and clean bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Special mention must be made of one outstanding young staff called Mike. Initially he could not find my reservation despite me having a confirmed reservation number. It was later he decided to allow me to see the list of guests arriving that day. I realised my COLLEAGUES name was in the list of guests and later realised that I made the booking under my colleague's name accidentally without realising it. Thanks to this being resolved we were able to check in without having to make a new booking and incur the loss of the trip.com booking. He also helped me to change the booking name to my name instead. A big kudos to mike for saving our business trip from being a disaster!!
PPriscilla DankwahThe staff I encountered were lovely. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was super nice and helpful! The room was pretty small for a family of 3. It was very clean though. Bathroom was also clean. It has a sliding door that was kind of hard to open and close. It would be nice to get a list of things to do in the area. Overall, great stay.
SS Paul DeolHotel was okay. When we first arrived we were given a room that was dirty but the front receptionist quickly corrected the mistake. House keeping also knocked on our door and said checkout was 10AM when it was really 11AM. A bit of a disconnect we found with the staff.
The bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious, but overall the room/hotel/elevator itself is a bit dated.
It’s an ideal location to attend a baseball game or walk around downtown.
SSuzy 33Seemed to me this hotel recently renovated. The main breakfast area furniture looked nice and clean. Front desk staff was very efficient and polite. The room was spacious with a sectional sofa and two queen bed. One indoor swimming pool look small, good for famliy. Breakfast typical continental buffet style. Signature made your own waffle from Comfort Suite/Inn hotel. Overall was a great stayed.
