"This time it's a business trip to check in at this hotel, Mrs. Trang was very considerate and contacted the check-in time on WhatsApp in advance. It was a very pleasant experience."
"This is a great hotel located in the heart of Hanoi, surrounded by excellent restaurants, coffee shops, night markets, and many tourist attractions. The location is very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean, and the amenities were excellent. The sauna, swimming pool, breakfast buffet, restaurant, hotel lobby, and overall facilities were all impressive and well-maintained. I would definitely come back and book my accommodation at this hotel again."
"I very satisfied with front staff and reception. She helped me alot and provided the best service. I will come to stay there again. The room is clean and perfect as my expectation. Alot choice for breakfast there."
"The apartment's location and price are excellent, there's really nothing to complain about. It's close to the main road, so it's quiet at night, and there will be Hanoi Metro Line 5 right outside the door in the future. This is the shower head in my room; it's really...unsatisfactory, the only minor flaw."
"The place is so comfy and clean. Love everything in the place especially the plants making you feel like home. If I have a chance to visit Hanoi, I’ll stay here again for sure."
"The hotel is clean and in a good location, we got a lake view room which was amazing. The best thing in the hotel is the staff, everyone is super accomodating and welcoming. Breakfast is okay but can be improved."
"Apartments are amazing - kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, bathtub in the bathroom, spacious rooms, balcony, not noisy ... The staff is very helpful and polite. They called taxi for me whenever I needed. No need to pay any deposit. They didn't clean the room every day or changed the towels but I guess it's because I didn't tell them. Location is not far from the old quarter but some buses don't come to that hotel for tours pick up while some do. Overall it was great experience and I enjoyed my stay at Jadore Apartments!"

GGuest UserExceptional service, great location, attention to details! They also sent us off and provided a farewell gift! A true hidden gem!
GGuest UserHanoi Solis offer a great location , clean and well- designed room , and a calm atmosphere . The staff are professional and very helpful, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for staying in Hanoi .
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a good breakfast and spacious rooms. However, one thing to keep in mind is that they might assign you a twin bed, so it’s best to confirm your preference with them in advance. Unfortunately, despite my request, they didn’t fix this issue. The room had a balcony, and unlike many other hotels, it was quiet at night. The bathroom was clean, and the amenities were quite nice. They also had a minibar with reasonably priced items, and the hotel café served delicious and affordable food. Another great feature was their motorcycle rental, which costs 200,000 VND per day. For just 50,000 VND worth of fuel, I managed to ride around the city and even covered 40 km while still having half a tank left. The location is convenient as well, close to major attractions like the Old Quarter and the Presidential Palace.
EExpat EDventuresWhat a great location in the middle of the hustle in bustle! This hotel is a family owned and operated business. We met the owners son and wife who manage the property and they are lovely people and give great recommendation. Check-in was quick and seamless. They greeted us with welcome tea and gave us a map with a thorough briefing of the best places to eat and visit. They even ran our luggage up and had someone turn the AC on before we got in our room so it would be cool upon entry. The room was cozy and the bed had a supportive mattress but I am partial to the hard beds of Asia. Breakfast was at the top in a beautiful space and they made your eggs to order. I only wish the shower door did a better job of keeping the water in. We tried to book them after our HaLong Bay cruise canceled but sadly they were fully booked. We will be back!
GGuest UserGreeted by the cutest host (see picture below). Had a package delivered from Hoi An - the host received it for us and kept us updated- very helpful via WhatsApp. Cute coffee place just outside :) needed a place near airport, so the perfect location!
GGuest UserA very cost boutique hotel located right in the heart of the old quarter. For the price of less than 70bucks a night and the distance from all the shops, restaurants and local life, what more can we ask for.
Some of the best places to stay in Hanoi are near popular attractions like Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi Old Quarter and West Lake, offering easy access to key sights and amenities.
