"The restaurant had basically zero vegetarian and vegan options. I have ordered a salad without meat, eggs or fish for almost 20€ yet I was served one with sardines and bacon. Moreover, food from the restaurant cannot be delivered to the room. That means you have to go there and pick it up yourself. For this price I expect better service. Since I couldn’t eat the salad I bought one in a nearby supermarket and was totally happy. The location for people attending a nearby exhibition is top."

I was assigned a terribly noisy room by the morning staffs but Maxine managed to salvage the otherwise disastrous situation! Their innate ability to know the creature comforts of their guests is most impressive! They’re definitely an asset to the hospitality industry!"

The Chinese lady at the front desk was also very nice when we checked out the next day. The hotel is very close to the airport, subway, and car rental company's car rental and return point.
