The beds are absolutely heavenly. It’s like sleeping on a cloud. Bathtubs were nice and deep for soaking. Hotel has multiple dining options although times may not align to you typical dining hours. Breakfast was by far our favorite and included with the rate. Staff provided excellent service.

Once again ! A great stay at this hotel with nice team and delicious international and traditional dishes. Returning from a one-week stay in Dubrovnik in Croatia. Very beautiful city full of history, magnificent Adriatic Sea. Standard of living identical to France. We quickly toured the city, we made 3 day trips, Mostar and the Kravuce Falls in Bosnia-Herzegovina, cruise to the Elaphiti Islands, and finally Kotor in Monte*****. 1 tip, when you arrive at the airport for exchange, add a small amount to pay for the bus that takes you to Dubrovnik. For the rest, make your change in Dubrovnik much more interesting.

We stayed on two separate occasions in November 2023 and both times the experiences were exceptional. The hotel is a short, covered walk from the airport and you instantly feel very safe, secure and comfortable—even walking to the property at 2 a.m. following a rough two days of air travel. The property itself is new, clean, beautiful, quiet and airy. The rooms were thoughtfully laid out and spacious; well-appointed with bath tub and shower, remote control blinds, fridge, and floor level nightlights with sensors so that you could safely get up in the middle of the night without ever needing to switch on a light. The pillows suited the different tastes of each member of our family and the bed linens were soft and luxurious. We all slept uncharacteristically well. The pool was beautiful and there were a seemingly endless supply of loungers and cosy seating areas. The restaurant was wonderful and featured a large selection of options. Room service was also great with a nice selection of standard dishes and local specialities and food was hot when delivered. But as incredible as everything was, the best part of hotel was its absolutely amazing, multilingual staff! They’re truly extraordinary—very attentive to guests and dedicated to making your stay as pleasant and remarkable as possible. On our second stay, we arrived in the late afternoon and about ten minutes after arriving to our room, there was a knock at the door; two staff were there with bedding and offered to make up the pull-out couch as a bed for our child. We didn’t request this or even think it was an option but there they were, anticipating needs we didn’t even know we had! But we were most impressed when, at the dinner buffet, a staff member approached my son and I asking if my son was unhappy with the food choices; I explained he was a picky eater and asked it might be possible to get a simple cheese sandwich. The staff member immediately sprung into action, offered some special options for my son and within minutes we had a made-to-order cheese sandwich with fries and a happy little boy. We simply cannot express how deeply impressed we were with the hotel and staff. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay!

The hotel has a long history and is said to be where the previous king lived. It has been renovated, the design and decoration of each floor are very beautiful, the environment is very good, the bed is big and new, and the view from the balcony is very good and stylish. The service attitude is very good, and there is also a meal delivery service. Breakfast is not bad. Although the toilet occasionally smells a bit, after all, it is a hotel with a history, but I still like it here very much. The only thing that is not perfect is the Chinese restaurant on the first floor. The Chinese food is delicious, and the Beijing soup is delicious. However, the steak and pasta we ordered did not have sauce. We asked the waiter to give us some sauce and took two This time it was very thin soup, I don't know what it is made of, anyway, it is completely different from what we ate before. The waiter may be unhappy, and told us to go to the kitchen to make it ourselves if we are not satisfied. This has reduced the restaurant a lot of points.

I was injured on the plane and arrived at the hotel in a wheelchair. He gave me as much support as possible, such as changing rooms and responding to emergency response in the middle of the night. We have booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 children at 1700 DA by night with breakfast. In the hotel, it is not called a 4-person room, just to tell it in advance that it is a double room with extra mattresses ... more, they didn't want to give us towels for children. The hotel is clean and the hotel is well placed, the parking in the street is monitored. However, there are still things to look again, such as the wheel in the entire shower, the broken bed head ... When breakfast is varied , correct and included for all in the price

On a positive note, the view from the sea-facing rooms is absolutely gorgeous and the private balconies are a great place to relax. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable, however signs of age and lack of maintenance are starting to show. Whilst some staff are friendly and courteous, the majority behave more like civil servants than people in the hospitality industry. “The customer comes first” is definitely missing in their training manuals. Instead, one is made to feel that compliance to their rules is more important. I asked room service for an iron and was told no irons were provided because I “had to use the hotel laundry service”. My colleagues and I were told off by the security guard at the door for bringing bottled water into the hotel because “we had to purchase it in-house”. I waited over 20 minutes after a very long journey for someone to show up at the front desk and check me into my room. My check-in was interrupted twice by other guests requesting their room keys to be reprogrammed and instead of asking them to wait or refer them to a colleague, I was left hanging. The hotel is regularly used for ministerial meetings and visits, and the customer service declines even further as staff rush to cater to government officials and their entourages instead of their guests.
