5.18早上退房 帶眼睛的女士擺一幅臭臉，愛搭不理的從我手裡奪走房卡，這些年第一次給酒店差評。一天的好心情沒有了，問300按金什麼時候退.也是愛搭不理迴應。門口保安也是一個刷存在感的主。（房間大，衞生也可以，比較安靜）

沒有無煙房。服務態度很好，有求必應。床品舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，大床房可能就1.8米？因為一家三口睡感覺沒那麼寬敞。隔音不錯，晚上能睡個好覺。早餐免費～停車位不多，不過能停在馬路邊。

非常乾淨 舒適 還有專門的洗衣房 洗衣機 晾曬衣服的地方 房間也是乾淨整潔 阿姨也是每天都來給我們做衞生換床單！

房間設施前比較舊舊，排水不是很通暢，牆面上還留着很多雙面膠的痕跡，21號晚上前台的的一個服務員態度非常差勁。

房間很大，地理位置不錯，如果去琯頭是不錯的選擇，性價比高，酒店的餐廳做菜很好吃。裏面的酒糟鰻魚還有福州光餅以及酸辣湯等經典福州菜都很好吃
