酒店客房部在2樓，上下方便。酒店出門就進了連雲港市花果山5A風景區，門口就有酒店停車位，房間設施齊全。

地理位置相當優越，出門右拐就是花果山遊客中心和景區入口，房間樓下就有點菜。不過如果想睡懶覺的就不適宜了，想早起出去轉一圈回來再退房的也不行，老闆娘會勸自駕遊的一早退房後把車停到對面景區停車場，另付15元停車費，否則到時候遊客潮就洶湧而來，車開不出去。所以雖然寫着12點退房，但幾乎都是一大早退了把車停到停車場去的，這點需要提前做好心理準備。

多續住了一晚，老闆還升級了房型，有主動打掃房間清理垃圾桶，靠景區近是最大優勢，晚上安靜能聽到蟲鳴很舒服，老闆人也非常好！

房間乾淨衞生，空間很大，住着舒服。老闆熱情，在民宿裏算是性價比很高的了。院裏的餐廳也是她家的，早餐可以點個肉絲麪，超大一碗。距離花果山景區特別近，步行兩分鐘就到遊客中心了。
