During our stay at the Eva Palace we were unsure what to expect. To say it has been amazing is an understatement. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and explained everything so that we never felt lost. A special mention goes to Maria from the lobby bar who always accommodated us. She deserves to be promoted based on her customer service skills. Hope from the beach bar showed us true compassion and skill in her role. Maria at the pool always welcomed us and showed her professional attributes by remembering our orders and our room number. These three are a credit to the hotel amongst many others. This is definitely a place we would visit again which rarely happens to us.

The hotel is just beautiful, the sea view is phenomenal and has a very romantic feel. We received a very warm welcome from the front of house team, very polite, attentive and friendly. Our room was lovely although I wish we’d spent a little more and booked a sea view room. We had the use of a room to freshen up before we checked out and the view was stunning, way better than our view. Our room was cleaned everyday and it was spacious and comfortable. As we were there for four nights I booked bed and breakfast, this was a big mistake. The hotel whilst beautiful is very secluded and there isn’t a lot around, within walking distance. Also being 5 months pregnant, I didn’t have the energy to hike the hills! Completely our fault as we didn’t do our research when booking. We ended up spending a fortune, the beach bar and restaurants, whilst again lovely and great food are quite pricey.. we took €500 for 4 days but we spend close to €900. I would definitely book all inclusive. The breakfast was great, lots of choice, friendly service, the team were attentive and always plenty of seats. I’m usually disappointed with the breakfast choices on holiday but they catered for everyone. The beach bar is a new addition to the hotel and it’s great.. nice to have a change of scenery from the pool. Very relaxing and a great atmosphere. There are a lot of steps to and from the beach/pool area. There isn’t another way of getting there unfortunately, if you struggle with your knees, not the best choice. It’s not accessible to anyone with a wheelchair and we noticed parents with push chairs struggling. There isn’t much to do out of the hotel, they did put on entertainment by the pool bar on the evenings. There was a duo called Mischief, they were amazing and we really enjoyed that night. You can get a boat taxi to the old town and the hotel do put on a shuttle bus to the town, you have to book this in advance. The hotel is perfect for a relaxing get away. The team work very hard and every staff member we came in to contact with were so friendly and they all seemed to get on which was lovely to see. The team at the pool bar are lovely and very attentive. We read some reviews about staff being rude, we were a little worried about it but that was not at all our experience. The team couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming, we cannot fault the service at all.

Had a great week here, lovely room and view , no problems with anything in room or hotel. An Android device is handy if you want to link to the Samsung TV at bedtime and watch an App from your phone on big screen like Netflix etc, I Phone more tricky. We went half board which was plenty enough food to feed an Elephant and a wide choice to suit all tastes, at breakfast you can order handmade coffees like latte, cappucino etc which is lovely and suited us more than the strong coffee from waiters flask. The heat lamps for food could do with being a little stronger as some times its not as hot as i would like but changed regularly. Lovely pools and beach at hotel although we prefer sightseeing and hired car from Value Plus before leaving home which was great service, the hotel is on its own grounds down a winding road that i would not like to walk or cycle so hire car great if leaving hotel. There is free shuttle bus from hotel to old city or water take 09:30 return 14:30 cost 20 Euro but we like to do things on our own timescale so hire car perfect. Hertz hire cars in hotel but if not try Value Plus and do your own airport transfers but roads and corfu drivers not the best, hire a small car, some roads and parking spots you will be glad you went small. We did most of the famous sites and loved Corfu. We hired a jet ski from Corfu Water Ski Club just a 10 minute walk from hotel on next beach beyond the rent a boats on Eva Palace beach and that was great fun 80 - 90 Euro for 20 minutes. We rented a boat for day at Akrotiri Boats Paleokastrista which was great too (go to Paradise Beach and swim off your own boat , we went Porto Timoni by foot and boat big climb but lovely views and lovely little shops, also Cape Drastis and Kalami harbour bar which was lovely as was Kassiopi another harbour village all worth a visit if you can. Enjoy your stay, the staff are lovely and attentive, we consider ours a great 5 star trip and better than expected reading some of reviews.

We have just returned from a week in this lovely hotel. We were celebrating our belated 35 th wedding anniversary and my forthcoming big birthday. A cake and champagne in room on arrival. Simple decor, crisp white sheets and lovely views from our room. Staff were all very friendly and attentive ,the food was a good standard throughout the restaurants. With a great selection on offer. Excellent bar service in all areas, cocktails were delicious. We were lucky to be on an all inclusive which worked well for us. Quite a few steps up and down to the beach and restaurants so if you have issues with knees it might be a bit difficult. Would defiantly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have given 5/5 but little niggly things like having to ask more than once for coffee pods to be left each day and the shower which overflowed each time we used it (slow drainage). Also, while the choice of food in the evening was exceptional and varied, the quality was a little inconsistent - always more than acceptable though. But a special mention must go to the hotel’s exceptional staff - everyone we had dealings with was polite, helpful and obliging…. with a smile at all times! The setting was perfect and the pool and beach fabulous places to relax. ευχαριστώ

First time we have been back to Corfu in 37 years when we stayed at a smaller hotel in Gouvia. Arrived around 11,30pm on day one due to a delay at Bristol airport, met at the airport by the transfer taxi and taken through to the Eva palace hotel just after midnight. Had our name wrong on the sign in papers then taken up to our room , there on the side was a ‘happy birthday’ cake and a bottle of fizz, nice gesture but it’s our wedding anniversary! Told we couldn’t use the APP for registration as it couldn’t be changed until the morning, off to bed. Beds are really comfy and had a great nights sleep, pull back the curtains to a stunning view from our room, five floors up you can see for miles. The bath in the room feels like a mattress when you stand up for a shower and has a poor repair which I would not expect from a five star hotel, that and the semi frosted glass panel that separates the bathroom from the bedroom is a little strange and appears to be missing a blind or something on the bedroom side judging by the screw holes left at the top of the frame. One of those niggling things that if you get up in the night to use the loo you wake up your partner when the bathroom light goes on as the large glass panel is next to the bed. Go down to the buffet breakfast which was really good, vast range of healthy food for a change but still the option of bacon etc for those who like that. Lovely welcoming staff in the restaurant. Internet is painfully slow and no movie or sport channels on tv in case the weather is poor. The hotel while being quite stunning is out on a limb with nothing within walking distance so if you just want to sit by the sea or the pool there’s not much else to do. There is a boat taxi to Corfu in the bay of the hotel along with pedalos or you can hire a boat at the same place. Be prepared for the boat taxi ride as who can only be Lewis Hamilton driving managed to smash my spine to pieces on the way to Corfu. Told to be at the harbour for 2,30 which we arrived at least an hour before only for the return driver to turn up 20 minutes late, no apology just get on board. Evening meal was again a vast range of very well cooked healthy food and the staff are brilliant in all ways, a real pleasure Bar on level three had again lovely staff but ordering the drinks is slow as you cannot order by yourself at the bar. Biggest ****** is the reception, we booked the holiday with flights and accommodation together as a package but you have to vacate the room by 12midday then the flights are not until 11,30 pm. Surely there must be access to a room even if it is at an extra cost, that coupled with an attitude from the receptionist of almost “we have had your money now we couldn’t really care”.Also noticed many other guests having a personal welcome or induction of which we didn’t get even if it was the following morning due to the late arrival. Real shame as initially we were stunned by the place and were looking to return but when we a

Sat in the airport ready to fly home after visiting the amazing Grecotel Eva Palace for the 2nd time. We came last year for our honeymoon and had an amazing time, this time however WAS EVEN BETTER. The facilities have been improved with investment into the beach bars and the food selection and communication has been further improved which is so good for my wife who is vegan/gluten free. The hotel itself is amazing and the views are incredible, but what really takes this place above and beyond is their amazing staff..... On arrival we received an amazing welcome from Kyiaraki (apologies if spelling is incorrect) who instantly remembered us from last year, as did at least 5 other team members which was such an amazing touch to our experience. All the staff were fantastic and it's a shame I didn't get everyone's names, but some that just have to be mentioned..... At breakfast Maria and Georgia were so warm and welcoming and were very attentive. Maria from the pool bar served us all week and was amazingly friendly and attentive, remembering our room number and drinks orders throughout. Alvina and her team (especially Dimitris) in La Contessa were yet again incredible as they ensured my wife had an incredible menu to cater in her dietary needs. And again Sylvia in the cocktail bar was fantastic. Thank you for an amazing stay and we will most likely be back for a 3rd visit 😁
