Un sitio nada recomendable para hosped**** en Nueva York, cuando lo que realmente quieres es aprovechar la ciudad haciendo turismo en la mayoría de sus barrios míticos. Se encuentra a una hora de BUS tanto para ir a Manhatan, como pa volver, además que sale a 10$ al día por persona ya que la MetroCard no es válida. Se trata del típico Motel de carretera donde la gente va durante un par de horas para el desahogo físico sexual. Y, además, la gente que se hospeda en el Motel no es nada recomendable. La limpieza brilla, pero por su ausencia. Pudimos vivirlo en primera persona encontrándonos un ratón muerto en la moqueta, sábanas con un olor no muy agradable y una ventilación cerrada. Nunca volvería a hospedarme a aquí y si alguien me lo hubiera dicho como lo estoy diciendo en este comentario, nunca lo hubiera barajado ni como opción. Lo que te ahorra por un lado lo pierdes en tiempo del viaje, dinero de transporte y comodidad. Aún estás a tiempo de no seleccionar este hospedaje, huye, no mires atrás. Not a recommended place to stay in New York, when what you really want is to take advantage of the city by sightseeing in most of its mythical neighborhoods. It is one hour by BUS both to go to Manhatan and to return, plus it costs $10 a day per person since the MetroCard is not valid. It is the typical roadside Motel where people go for a couple of hours for sexual physical relief. And, furthermore, the people who stay at the Motel are not at all recommendable. Cleanliness shines, but by its absence. We were able to experience it first hand, finding a dead mouse on the carpet, sheets with a not very pleasant smell and a closed ventilation. I would never stay here again and if someone had told me as I am saying in this comment, I would never have even considered it as an option. What you save on the one hand, you lose in travel time, transportation money and comfort. You still have time not to select this accommodation, run away, don't look back.

The hotel is very clean and the people at the front desk are very nice they did a great job on getting me to my room . The rooms and hallway were very clean and the staff was very nice The only problem I had was the continental breakfast on the top floor They only have a little bit of fruit and stuff to serve nothing hot And they had no help only one girl chatting with somebody in the back room did not come out and serve anybody so do not get the continental breakfast it's a waste of money otherwise the hotel was great 👌

This hotel was one of the choices listed on a wedding invitation, but it sure was a disappointment. First of all, finding the hotel was not easy. There is a sign by the road, but then you have to navigate through a couple of parking lots to reach the building. Additional signs would have been helpful. There was a parking garage, but it looked sketchy so we parked outside. They advertise that they offer breakfast, but it consisted of a to-go paper bag sitting near the front desk with a Saran-wrapped bagel, a tube of cream cheese, a plastic knife and a small muffin (maybe a change made due to COVID?). There was a large urn of regular coffee available for help yourself service, but there was no decaf, no hot water, no tea bags or hot chocolate packets like many other hotels often offer. There were vending machines for snacks and drinks. Interesting that one of the snacks you could buy was microwavable popcorn, but our room had no microwave. We were under the impression that there was a restaurant on site, but it turned out to be a nightclub. Our room keycards did not always work, so we went down to the front desk multiple times to reprogram and/or get a new card. Thankfully, the room was pretty clean (although the corners of the bathroom were filthy). The toilet paper was a low-quality 2-ply. The toilet handle had to be jiggled to stop it from constantly running after each flush. The metal bathroom door had obviously been repaired in several places because the patches were a different color from the door. At least there were ample towels, tissues, and plenty of hot water. Not having carpet in the room was nice. The TV remote did not work so we had to wait for maintenance (turned out to be a manger, I think) to come with a replacement remote. The room had a refrigerator, but no coffee maker. There was an iron, but no ironing board. There was only a swivel desk chair (set up at the counter/desk) to sit in. We had to set the time on the nightstand room clock. At one point, we went to use the stairway and it was disgusting with trash so we avoided the stairs. We stayed 2 nights and Housekeeping did call us in the morning to check if we wanted them to clean our room, so that was a positive. The front desk staff person must have been new because his customer service skills were minimal at best. When we checked in, we had to ask him how to reach our room because he neglected to mention that there was even an elevator. At one point we asked for restaurant recommendations, but he was unable to provide any helpful suggestions. Luckily there were 2 computers available for use in the lobby, so we were able to get our information that way. After getting home, I noticed a charge on my credit card from the hotel that was then cancelled, and the correct charge was put on. I am glad they corrected it without me having to call them, but it is just one more thing that made our experience with this place, less than ideal. Very disappointing sta

It was close to Koreatown. It's located on the side of the road, and the breakfast was very simple. It was a little disappointing that there was no swimming pool.

We came down from Toronto for a few days. Family of 4 with 2 kids (2yo & 6yo). We chose the King suite for space, microwave and fridge. Our main focus was to visit American Dream Mall for Nickelodeon/ Dreamworks and quick visit to NYC. Convenient close drive to American dream approx 10min and 20min to Times Square (depending on what time you go). The hotel is located in an industrial business area so don’t expect much looking outside or walking around. The hotel is a bit dated but they keep It clean and presentable. The only issue I had upon arriving and departing was the automatic doors to keep open. They were not working on both sides of the building. It could have been useful when pushing in or out a trolley full of luggages but it’s not a deal breaker or end of the world. I didn’t even bother complaining about it to them. Everything was working in the room and was clean. The pictures I viewed on the internet matched exactly what I expected. On my second day I had a slight issue with a breaker being tripped. Javier at the desk was professional on handling the situation. He came up and opened the panel and switched it back on. Awesome service. The sofa bed is not the greatest or even close to terrible depending on the size of person. The actual mattress barely gives any support. It’s recommended to keep children on it than adults in my opinion, The complimentary breakfast was basic and it serves it purpose. I would say they did a great job on hosting it. Coffee, cereal, oatmeal, bagel, fruits, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches and fruits. I was happy with what they served. I ate it for 2 days. Overall it was a good experience and it was what I expected. The price is a great value. I would recommend this hotel for families. I would come here again. Thank you for keep up to your standards. We were at this hotel for one night. There was a power failure which affected the hotel, and of course, this was not the hotel's fault, although it did result in inconvenience and discomfort to our stay. In addition, some guests were having a noisy party just outside the front entrance which was loud enough to keep me awake in the middle of the night -- our room was a few floors up overlooking the party. I felt that we deserved either compensation or credit for a future stay at a Hilton property, so I went to speak to the manager in the morning. However, there was a long line of people waiting to complain to the manager, and we had to leave, so I didn't get to speak with him. I subsequently emailed the manager 3 times to ask for compensation and he never replied. I called 5 times and the manager was supposedly never there. Finally, I spoke to the assistant manager. He listened attentively assured me that someone would get back to me. That was two weeks ago. I am very disappointed in this poor customer service and unprofessional behavior of their managerial staff.

Room wasn’t always cleaned, sometimes everything was just brushed under here and there to hide it away. Had to call to request the room to be cleaned every other day. Extremely slow lift and at peak times you would have to wait at least 10-20 mins. Staff was good, location great.

Overnight stay on way home from Cape Cod. Was greeted by Rosa at the front desk. I could see her smile behind her mask. Just a sweet helpful gal. Also, Raja was very helpful with my checkin, and checkout. Later in the evening when the power went out of the hotel. I saw Raja in the hallway working. Nice warm breakfast, eggs, bacon. Also, cinnamon rolls, cereal, and more. Nice bathroom toiletries. Nice room. Thanks again Rosa, and Raja!!!

The hotel is on the roadside, so it's not hard to find. It must have been a hotel before and then renovated. What's more frustrating is that there is no elevator, so you have to carry your 28-inch luggage up.
