I arrived at AC in Little Rock in the middle of the night only to find that my reservation had been changed by management and the front desk reported no room for me to stay. Front desk offered no reimbursement, only the business card of a manager who was not on the property at the time, and suggested I walk, in the middle of the night, through the downtown area of an unknown city, to find alternative lodging. Front desk rep eventually helped me find another option and the other hotel picked me up in their shuttle. None of my calls or emails to request reimbursement for my reservation have been returned. Customer service is abhorrent, I've never experienced such poor treatment or support.
