看起來有點老舊，可能是建築本身的問題，晚上睡覺能聽到低頻的噪聲，應該是高層建築的問題。
服務：服務還可以，因為等了一個鐘房間還沒打掃好，服務員給升房了，五一期間三百多塊錢也是很高性價比了。
衞生：整體還不錯，就是觀光的酒店玻璃還是不夠乾淨看着模模糊糊的。
隔音確實也有點問題

房間風景很好！服務人員也很奈斯！來幫忙調整電視的工作人員看我們有孩子、換遙控上來的時候給我們帶了水上來、説有孩子水會用得多一點。打掃衞生的工作人員給我們家孩子拿了一個可愛的氣球、她説我們不嫌棄的話給小孩玩、是別的退房客人小孩的、要扎破她很不忍心、所以問問我家小孩玩不玩。很有人情味！媽媽評價柳州人民：善良勤懇。出租車司機也是、各個都很好！

房間在69層，江景一覽無餘，景觀非常棒。酒店因為樓下有幾層在裝修，有提前打電話告知提示，實際住下來也還行，畢竟白天也不會一直在房間裏。衞生間有電熱毛巾架，這點非常好評。比較奇怪的是，酒店一樓也沒個洗手間，前台説要去隔壁商場，這麼高一棟樓連個公共洗手間都沒有？
