酒店非常好，就在南山竹海的牌坊後面，邊上就是特色老街，還有很多吃的。房間不大，但很舒服，空調也很暖和。送的御水温泉套票不錯，就是走路要600多米有點遠。酒店沒有電梯，住樓上的需要走樓梯。

房間很不錯哦，管家小袁還給我們升級了，景色很優美，晚上天上星星很亮，酒店離温泉和竹海都很近，非常方便，推薦！最棒的是遇到了管家袁麗，從出行前就開始給我們規劃最合適性價比最高的線路，有問必答，事事都為我們想在前面，超級贊❤️

乘着假期來臨前來一場説走就走的旅行！這次帶着父母出行，前台小袁得知後幫忙安排在一樓的房間，方便老年人出行！看到我們行李比較多還幫忙把行李搬進房間！太讚了，下次再來還要繼續居住在這家有人情味的酒店！

酒店就在南山竹海景區門口，地理位置可以説很好了，定的房間加餐中規中矩，酒店可以買温泉票，也可以買竹海票，總之挺方便的。工作人員都很熱情，見面都會打招呼，下次來也會考慮再住這家。

地理位置非常好，停車場過馬路就是，牌坊後面左側就是酒店。離景區大門檢票口可能也就七八分鐘路。
服務也非常不錯，期間由於天氣原因兩次退訂，都解決了。
雙卧房第一眼就非常喜歡，很舒服温馨。唯一要吐槽是酒店空調，太冷了。房間兩個空調開一個就夠了，窗户再打開，才覺得温度剛剛好。如果兩個空調都不開我也覺得ok。酒店夏天是薄被子，很不錯。
就是二樓的話必須去樓梯上樓，沒電梯，長者可能不太方便。以後還會入住。
