Hotel, lovely and clean. Helpful staff. Rooms very clean. Lovely clean pool. Great location. Easily accessible to the beach and the castle. Nice buffet style food a good choice. I would have liked tea making facilities in the rooms and bigger drinking cups, but coming from England I am used to this. I would like to return either to the same place or a different location in the same hotel chain. I shall be on the look out in the near future. I loved the different cultures and mix of people staying, and made holiday friends easily. The whole package holiday was awesome and my friend thought so too. We only had to ask the staff, and the one lift was fixed straight away and we asked for another pillow, and got one straight away. We also had a lovely boat trip all along the coast on deck. We enjoyed the local Market and the shops. Thankyou Hotel Oasis.

Excellent hotel, clean, friendly, local. Brilliant price band. Staff are all so nice, nothing is to much bother. Maid came every day, fresh towels and bedding every two days. Food is lovely, half board. Drinks are very reasonably priced. Not to many cocktail choices. Entertainment was very lacking. However me and my friend went for a relaxing break before a busy few months at work. Would definitely go back. Do not be put off by negative comments. Worth every penny. Tossa de Mar is a beautiful traditional spainish town. Plenty of cafe/restaurants and bars all along the beach front. (No late nightlife) Very picturesque xxxxx

The hotel is spotless and located in a quiet area a short walking distance from the shops, restaurants and beach. There was an extensive choice of food at the Breakfast buffet, definitely something for everyone. The staff, especially the restaurant and bar staff, are lovely. The only downside was the thin walls between the bedrooms so hopefully you get quiet neighbours! I would definitely recommend visiting the Vila Vella (the old town) as it’s absolutely beautiful. Perfect for a relaxing break.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. However we were delighted to see that the ground floor has had a beautiful makeover this year. The room was a good size with a large walk-in shower in the bathroom. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The new bar area is great. Both the life guard and the activities personnel were great. The activities were good for children and adults alike, and Rocio worked hard to involve everyone. The pool area is clean and spacious and the pool has stairs down as well as ladders which is great for kids and older people. The food in the dining room is buffet style with 'show cooking', we were very pleased with the quality and choice of food both at breakfast and dinner.

Wow! As a regular to this hotel it was a really pleasant surprise to see the new bar & lounge area, it’s very tasteful with a new modern feel. As usual, the reception, bar and restaurant staff have been amazing and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and your stay a special one. Special shout goes out to this years entertainment colleague - Riocio, she’s been the best so far. What stood out was her efforts to engage with guests and gently encourage participation in the various entertainments she had planned. Our party would not usually partake in daytime activity but did on this holiday and in doing so, we not only had fun but met other guests. Good work Riocio, if your energy and positivity continue throughout the season you will bring other guests much fun and enjoyment on their holiday (even if they are just watching from the sidelines)! I am already looking forward to next year’s holiday at The Oasis.

The hotel was very nice and clean the staf was also nice,also in the restaurant. A minus was also the time that the diner starten from 20.00. The only thing that was a minus for us was the small tv without a hdmi poi t. But overall was a plus also the city was vergeten nice .

My family and I have just had a wonderful 4 nights stay at this hotel. What stood out for us the most was the food and the service, we stayed half board but change our evening meal to the lunch for us to go out on an evening and explore tossa de mar. The lady at the cooking station is a credit to the hotel as well as the waiting staff in the restaurant. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard with fresh towels when needed. If you can, upgrade to a pool view room. The pool area is very clean, there were always sun beds available and the hotel has a very strict policy regarding reserving sun loungers which is a dream. The beach is a 10 min walk and we found a lovely kebab restaurant called Babek along the way, please try it us you get chance. We would 100% stay here again without any hesitation

just returned home after a week at this lovely friendly hotel all staff from the pool side life guard, waiters ,waitresses ,room cleaning, staff, bar staff to the reception were brilliant, the hotel is great very well looked after nice tidy and clean i would stay here again 4 stars plus, restaurant food was very nice for all nationality, thank you for a great week and kind regards Craig Keating Room 415 Jet2
