"Good Location that is located close for the Underground (about 10min walk) or from the A406 North Cir Road. A Sainsburys Local is located next the Tube Station and also opposite is a garage for fuel. As for the hotel, the rooms are small and if you are planning on spending some time in your room and there are two of you, you better know your fellow sleeping partner well. However it had all what I needed. Coffee machine (POD type) and bottled water was provided. Not much hanging space, if you are staying 4+nights, you might need to upgrade your room to the next level. Bathrooms are SMALL, and would say smaller than Travelodge ones (new build). Air con in my room worked, but not to USA standards, and would have had to have it on over night to keep the room cool (outside temp was 24 during day and about 18 at night). Car parking is available, but at 14.50, it is expensive for nthis part of London. I notice that after 1800 you can park on the road opposite the hotel. The bar and restaurant was busy, and some people seem to be local, which I found reassuring for a hotel. Service from reception did not blow me away. It was more a ”sign the booking sheet, leave a £50.00 deposit, and here is your key.” As for someone that had not stayed at thnis hotel before, some more open questions like the arrangements for car parking, or even where the lifts were, would have been welcomed. It was no more than 3/5 for service. One lift was out of order. The reason it was not a 2/5 was because the receptionist DID NOT read out aloud my room number. Something that I detest. Especially when you are travelling alone. No hotel should read your room number out in reception, but should point to it on your card accordingly. Also, when I asked for a copy of my room key as I had left mine in the room, there were no additional security checks made. I just said my room number and was provided another two keys. You would not give your house keys to a stranger in the street, so why give out a room key without checking who I was."

"I was greeted warmly and was also informed that I was upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious and clean and the note in my room informed me of my member perks which was a late check out which I was also able to take advantage of. Overall, I was able to enjoy the location with the shopping centre a few stops away and also work in peace. These small upgrades really just made my day better and helped me plan my days."

"I have used this hotel many times. It's clean and staff are attentive. Breakfast is always good. However, this time I had a few no no . There was no complimentary water in the room, coffee machine didn't work, but when I called staff came to fix it immediately. A socket was broken with the covering falling off. No lotion in the bottle .it was completely empty. I reported it all and they were very quick to say they would fix it. I would still go back though. Hopefully get a better service next time."

"Booked this the night before a concert. Overall it has good transit access. The Piccadilly line is right next door. If coming to Wembly I’d definitely stay here. Pillows were a little too soft and the noise the next morning got a little loud but other than that I enjoyed my stay"

"Check-in is very complicated. All are self-service. I doubt that ordinary tourists can't even enter the door when they arrive here. How to handle self-service access control? ? ? The logic is not smooth? My friend lives here. The speed of light came to save me. The front desk I can see is the property staff. He doesn't care how you set the room, and doesn't see that you have a check-in certificate. He will say that we don't care. We didn't receive the update and didn't give you the key. We called the operator in Indian English to definitely kill 90% of our compatriots. It is recommended that Trip.com strictly review, this is not a hotel, it is a second-way rental agency, it is better to go to Airbnb to book, at least Q&A is fast. There are other people's hair in the bathtub, and there are sticky residues on the plate. The male front desk at the door was very unstable. I just walked over and he started complaining before talking.... If it weren't for an urgent matter at the time, I would definitely complain to the end!"

"Great location with 2 supermarkets nearby and the staff were very friendly! The room was bigger than I thought and there was a sofa in it. I have a good experience in it! btw I like their Croissant"

"Unfortunately we are not able to give review on this property as we have moved to Double Tree by Hilton due to room unavailable. However, the PIC of front office on that night we arrived in hotel were very helpful on arranging the change of hotel for us, sorry I didn't get the name of the staff as it was so late and we are too tired."

"We stayed for a concert at Wembley. On check in the reception staff gave is lots of helpful information - the 92 bus goes directly to Wembley stadium, and that it would be a slightly different pick up point. We actually decided to walk back rather than join the crowded public transport, but it was quite a long walk, I’d recommend walking a short way out of the crowds then back on the 92. The room was nice & bed very comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was nice with a mix of continental & English breakfast items. I’d definitely stay again."

"The room is simple and clear, and the facilities are perfect; The environment is quiet, but it is 400 meters away from the North Aiketon subway station, which is convenient for travel; The surrounding supermarkets are complete, close to the IC/UAL student dormitory, and cost-effective."
