A perfect hostel, great for making friends, with excellent service and everything you could need. I'll definitely be back. There's a large supermarket about a ten-minute walk away where you can get a meal deal (1 main + 1 drink + 1 snack) for just £5, which is delicious and cheap. Plus, the hostel itself has a big kitchen and some free food and condiments. It's very safe; you need a key card to enter. Luggage storage is a bit pricey at £6 a day.

Facilities: Pretty complete, though you have to make your own bed and put on the duvet cover, which can create a lot of noise when people check in and disrupt rest a bit, but it's not a major issue. Cleanliness: There were some unidentified stains on the bed curtain, which was a bit off-putting. Environment: Not bad, the location is very convenient. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Service: Not bad, but the variety of items for the paid breakfast was limited.

The hostel is quite large, and the 4-bed dorm I stayed in was very quiet, so no worries about noise. I ordered their breakfast, which was indeed a bit meager with only two bread options. However, the coffee is free-flowing, so it's worth trying for one day just for the experience.

Out of my expectations ~~ Everything is good. Just some secret area not really clear. Good facilities, enough locker space.

Great location and a fantastic vibe! I met so many interesting people, and the common areas were really cozy and comfortable. The beds were clean, and it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely be back!

This place is best hostel i ever stay, clean, nice location, worth my money

My first hostel experience, and it exceeded my expectations – it felt just like being back in a university dorm! It's about an 8-minute walk from Tower Hill tube station, which is super convenient and close to the city center. There are supermarkets and pizza places nearby too. The room was clean and tidy, and everyone gets a key card and a personal locker. You have to go through two locked doors to get into the room, so it feels very secure. The bathroom was also very clean. The sheets and duvet cover were fresh; you have to put them on yourself and also take them off when you check out. The bunk beds are first-come, first-served, but they are a bit low, so you might bump your head, though they were still very comfortable to sleep in. The basement offers lots of activities, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The front desk staff, security, and my roommates were all very friendly. For 3 out of my 4 nights, I only had one roommate, so the experience was exceptionally good. If I choose a hostel again, this one will definitely be my first choice.

Overall I will definitely recommend staying here if you are a solo traveller like me. The -1 floor bar area is my all time favorite. Just gonna update some info I got from the comments before booking: 1. shampoo&bath gels: provided in the restroom attached to the room in full volumes, our room even has a L’oréal hair oil which is so amazing; 2. hair dryer: u can borrow one for free use from reception, and if you use it in the reception area you don’t need to pay deposits; 3. luggage storage: totally accessible by elevators, the reception staff will offer you a keycard to access the -1 floor area and the luggage room is self serviced, the rate for large luggages are £3 for 2hrs and £5 for 8hrs, PAY BY CARD; 4. noise: my room is next to the street and the noise from the DLR is super clear, which could be a problem. I have my earbuds with me so my sleep is not affected so I will definitely recommend bring your earbuds or I am not sure if reception has some; 5. laundry: I didn’t use them, but two of my roommates said that the dryer isn’t really working, so they have to try drying their clothes by laying on the heater. 6. breakfast: see picture 5 for reference. I would say not a bad choice for some days among all the travel days, coffee and yogurt are nice, personally the toasts are too dry. The mugs and plates are from IKEA, pretty impressive; 7. location: ~10min walk to tower hill tube station&various bus stations, fairly easy arrived from Heathrow, my only note is that if you are a person like me who love to watch musicals at West end, consider staying around Westminster, my schedules were like heading west basically every single day.

This is by far the cleanest hostel I've stayed in Europe. The room was very hygienic, and the bed curtains offered great privacy. The bathroom in the room had a separate wet and dry area, and the toilet was in its own room. All my roommates were very polite. It's within walking distance to Tower Bridge, and the front desk is open 24 hours. You can truly feel the cleanliness and the care they put into it.

Beautiful location - close to everything, especially the Tower Bridge. Great spacious rooms, nice bar and cafe on site. Highly recommended for backpackers!

Everything is good

Mattress is not so good as it is plastic or other material, not porous, so each bight sweating a lot, if the mattress can be upgraded, it will be much much better for visitors.
