Facilities: OK
Cleanliness: OK
Ambiance: OK The bed was tiny, haha, but that's London for you.
Service: OK
Very central location, convenient for getting anywhere. Can't complain about the price, London is just that expensive. Breakfast had a good variety. The bed was super small, but it did the job.

Location is fine, still the room is smaller than the listed size in the booking process (standard room), the bed ends up being attached on the wall on one side, there is a little table (very little) bringing 2 tea cups while the kettle must remain on the floor. the television is is likely 16 inches , which is the same of the basin in the bathroom. Shower is OK having a cabin. Details are overseen (wall paint, perch, curtains, carpets etc.. We understand for UK prices is what you get still it may be worth to have a look around

The biggest convenience is having a TESCO right next door. Being able to buy groceries and cook in the room was perfect for our Chinese palate. There are also three metro stations nearby, with the closest one just 600m away, which is pretty convenient. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite; the room was comfortable, well-equipped, and the service was attentive – nothing to complain about. The only minor downside was that the breakfast was a bit repetitive; eating it for four consecutive days got a little tiresome.

The reception team were friendly at check in, and I was given a beautiful tin of truffles and some drinks vouchers (maybe as a diamond member?). This was really a special touch and appreciated.
However the room itself wasn’t great. I’ve stayed in quite a few London hotels so know you don’t get lots of space and for 1 night you don’t need much, but this room was so small it was a struggle to move about.
The air conditioning was on but it was weak. Thankfully the window opened slightly but it remained warm in the room.
Bathroom was dated, quite small and felt cheap.
Minor point but the pillows and duvet didn’t feel like the usual Hilton ones, they seemed thicker…
Overall, it was clean, relatively quiet and had great service which is all that’s really needed, but it felt more of a budget hotel with Hilton price tag.
I do think they are doing everything they can to make stays as good as possible, since they can’t really do anything about the room sizes.

The hostel is really well located, the area is perfect from my point of view, ideal! It's an old house with a London style, no elevator! I was on the 5th floor and had to carry my luggage up the stairs!! There's only one bathroom and one shower per floor. The room is small but you have space to store your suitcase; you need to put a padlock on it, so bring one! The mattress is acceptable but the pillow is terrible, I had neck pain for two days!! I didn't use the kitchen but it's fine and has fridges to store your food! There's also a place to store luggage! The staff are young and friendly, and I think the reception is open 24 hours, which is great!!
The location is excellent, close to the subway and supermarket. The room is quiet, and the bathroom has a heated towel rack. The room also includes tableware, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The air conditioning is very effective, especially in hot weather.

The rooms are quite small, with barely enough space to accommodate two pieces of luggage comfortably. The breakfast selection is very limited and does not offer good value for money, so I would not recommend paying extra for it. They also don’t do room service. That said, the location is excellent - just a short walk from Earl’s Court station, making it convenient for getting around in London.

We arrived early so we could drop off the luggage before visiting attractions in London. Very friendly staff, and accommodating. The room the hotel gave us was away from the elevator at our request, and the sofa bed was made up for us. They even provide 3 robes, and 3 cups and mugs. The aircon was very simple to use, shower was forceful and toiletries were great. The dinner wasn’t the best, so recommend not dining in the hotel when there are so many great choices outside. The breakfast was really good and staff very friendly. This hotel was a great choice and nice for families. If I’m ever again in the area with family, I’d choose to stay here again for sure.

Overall it was a pleasant exp. Cheapest that I could find in the area with a basic kitchenette.
Pros:
1) we reach almost 2 hours early, yet the reception lady allows us to check in immediately without even having to ask.maybe it's because we're with an infant anyhow thank you very much
2) the studio itself is sufficient with basic kitchenette, in room iron with board
3) gym, sauna
Cons:
1) I booked this unit as I read reviews that guests have access to a free laundry.this is not true although I'm not sure when this change -this is a huge point for my booking so 2 stars deduction
2) The nearest tube station, both of them aren't stroller/wheelchair or luggage friendly. No lift.

Great
TTongxinThe room was fantastic, with a really practical two-story layout. The kitchen downstairs was a lifesaver, fully equipped with all the utensils you could need. Having a washing machine, oven, and fridge made things incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choices – you definitely won't go hungry. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to friends.

SSiyuyinyinI initially booked a family room, but it was located in the old building, right on a main road, and the traffic noise was unbearable. I was given a 2nd-floor room, so I requested a change. They ended up giving me a 'Deluxe King Room' in the new building. Although it had one less small bed, the decor was much more modern, and the double-paned windows made it very quiet, which significantly improved my experience. The hotel's service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the breakfast offered a good variety and quality. There are many bus stops right outside, and a supermarket nearby, though it's about a 15-minute walk to the metro station. Overall, it offers great value for money. I look forward to the hotel's complete renovation. If you're staying here, I recommend choosing one of the newly renovated rooms.

GGuest UserOpposite the hotel is the Holland Park subway station, which is super convenient to go to central London. The hotel is located next to Notting Hill and blends with the surrounding family homes. Looks elegant
The hotel is small in size but the internal environment is good. I live in Room 5 and open the window to see the scenery on the street. This floor was lived by two people at the time, and the public bathroom was relatively clean.
Overall, the experience is good, it is recommended that friends who have a limited budget or do not pursue a full service hotel come to stay.

GGuest UserWe arrived hotel early in the morning, intended to store baggages before starting tour. We were greeted warmly by hotel friendly staffs and our baggages safely kept in the store room. Out of our expectation, we were invited to the kitchen for free breakfast. Location of hotel is near to public transports. We can do simple cooking with microwave oven, toast bread and make drinks in the kitchen. We will stay here again when we come to London next time
