The hotel was really conveniently located near the station, which had a great selection of cafes, bakeries, KFC, and McDonald's right outside. London's underground and bus systems are super efficient. I wish I could've stayed longer to explore more. I'd definitely book this place again on my next visit.

If you're staying here, you'll find the price reasonable, under 10,000 baht per night, especially since it's in Zone 2. Most places further in are over 10,000 baht. The hotel is clean and the service is standard. We requested two connecting suites for our daughters, and they had a sofa that converted into a bed. The furniture might look a bit dated because the hotel is old, but many things are clean and new. I liked the new Nespresso capsule coffee machine with complimentary large capsules. The tea here is also good. The bathroom has a bathtub with good water pressure, and the shampoo and conditioner smell nice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's a bit old and the mattress isn't very soft. But overall, it was a comfortable stay.

I had an excellent stay at Holiday in London Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast served every morning. There was a great selection of fresh, tasty food, and it was the perfect way to start each day. A special thank you to Sultana, who was an amazing host. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Her outstanding hospitality and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. The customer service throughout the hotel was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always delivered with a smile. I highly recommend Holiday in London Hotel to anyone visiting London. I look forward to staying here again.

The receptionist was friendly and the check-in process was smooth and efficient! The room was pretty spacious for a single room and it had all the necessities I needed like an hairdryer, and also travel adapters which is something I did not expect but appreciate a lot! It is also close to Paddington station, approximately about a 5mins walk. Lots of eateries nearby. The hotel is close to the hospital so you can expect a couple of ambulance or police sirens at times. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was that, there wasn’t any ‘do not disturb’ sign that you can indicate. So there wasn’t any way that I could inform the cleaning staff that I did not want my room to be cleaned. But am glad that my valuables didn’t get stolen. The hotel was really great overall and i’ll be sure to book an hotel with them the next time I visit London!

Great location! There's a subway station right outside, plus a Waitrose. Bus 74 goes directly to Baker Street and Oxford Street, and bus 49 takes you to the big shopping mall at White City. Kensington Gardens is also about a 15-minute walk away. The service was excellent; they even let me check in early since a room was available.

Checking in time so long delays after 4pm, checking out 10am. I got asked to provide full card number with security code manually, while I saw all guests check in without depisit. This was new for me as in UK it is not a common practice for retailer to ask for such information directly, usually this transaction is transmitted via electronic/digital payment . I offered cash deposit as I frkt uncomfortable to hand all my bank info with passport and everythin, but they refused. They agreed to cancrll but the proces takes long time and I was so existed at that point; so, I got left with no choice but to provide all card information physically. I got offered to I pilot the details on the website myself but still the receptionist has to be the one who submits it. I had special request that got approved via phone and text prior to my arrival for easy access room, but at arrival I got offered a room with narrow stairs that I was not able to use, finally I got offered an easy access room. Then there was problem with the door acces code, when I finall got let in receptionist was supposed to email me the new access code but he didn't untill I emailed around 8.40pm. It was very stressful experience checking in.

The location is perfect, close to many supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and souvenir shops. Plus, if you're a Queen fan, you're just a 4-minute walk from Freddie Mercury's house. The only downsides I can mention are that they don't speak Spanish and there are no Spanish channels on the TV. Also, the buffet didn't have much variety, although the food was good, it was missing things like olive oil and other types of fruit. It's decent, but there's room for improvement.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the subway, you can go anywhere. The facilities are a bit old, especially the size of the house is too small, there is no air conditioning, only a small electric fan. The staff is still very enthusiastic. If you want to live a cheaper hotel, you can consider it.

Amazing hotel! Perfect location for the Albert Hall or South Kensington to get into central London. From check in to checkout the team could not have been more helpful. Beautiful rooms and a great compact gym area. Every detail has been thought through which was nice. The bar had its own terrace area and the service and food was superb. Would definitely return here.

Overall, my stay was great! The reception was welcoming, and the room was nice and comfortable. The price was absolutely amazing! However, there were two issues: one of the skylights let in too much sunlight, and there was no way to block it, which was inconvenient. Also, the TV kept freezing and probably needs maintenance or adjustment. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I really enjoyed my stay!

Hotel Review: Ideal for Short Stays, But Needs Improvement for Longer Visits Overall Rating: 7 / 10 We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, which gave us a comprehensive look at the overall service and facilities. While there were several positive aspects to our stay, a few operational and communication issues prevented it from being a seamless experience. Check-in & Service Communication Prior to our arrival, I had explicitly notified the hotel about our late check-in and requested that our room be prepared in advance—specifically asking for the sofa bed to be opened and made up as a third bed. However, when we arrived at midnight, the receptionist was completely unaware of these requests. The room was not ready, and there wasn't even a pillow for the third bed. We managed for the first night, and after reminding the staff again on the second day, the pillows were finally provided. Unfortunately, having to remind the staff multiple times for basic requests was a recurring theme throughout our stay. Housekeeping Issues Housekeeping was another area where professionalism was lacking. On the 3rd or 4th day, we asked a member of the cleaning staff to clean our room, but due to a language barrier (the staff member spoke no English), communication was quite difficult. When we returned that evening, the room had not been cleaned at all. The next day, we spoke to someone who appeared to be a housekeeping supervisor and gave our room number again. Disappointingly, the room was skipped a second time. It wasn't until the evening of our 6th day that Matina at the front desk stepped in and helped us resolve the issue immediately. We truly appreciated her assistance, but waiting until day 6 for proper room service was frustrating for an 8-night stay. Breakfast Breakfast started off fine, but because we stayed for a long duration, the lack of variety became very noticeable as the same items were served every day. The eggs were particularly disappointing: the boiled eggs were heavily overcooked and inedible, and the scrambled eggs were poor. Other items were fine, but it lacks variation for long-term guests. Room & Amenities The room itself was very nice and spacious enough for three adults to settle in comfortably. The only downside inside the room was the lack of wardrobe/closet space and no designated area or rack for suitcases. Location & Neighborhood The location is excellent. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel with direct links to many key spots. Earl's Court Station is a pleasant 10-minute walk away, and having a large Tesco supermarket right next to the hotel was a major advantage. The neighborhood felt safe and charming. Final Verdict If you are planning a long stay, be prepared to encounter some service and housekeeping friction. However, for a short visit of 3 to 4 days, it is a very solid and convenient option.

The room was fantastic, with a really practical two-story layout. The kitchen downstairs was a lifesaver, fully equipped with all the utensils you could need. Having a washing machine, oven, and fridge made things incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choices – you definitely won't go hungry. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to friends.

It's rare to find a hotel of this quality in London at this price. The downside is that it's quite a distance from the main tube stations, but, most importantly, it has air conditioning!!

The room and service were quite good, and we were comfortable during our stay. The bathroom is in need of improvement; the vanity was broken and unusable, and the tiles were cracked. The window was also in poor condition. Furthermore, we could hear the people in the other room from the bathroom.

Opposite the hotel is the Holland Park subway station, which is super convenient to go to central London. The hotel is located next to Notting Hill and blends with the surrounding family homes. Looks elegant The hotel is small in size but the internal environment is good. I live in Room 5 and open the window to see the scenery on the street. This floor was lived by two people at the time, and the public bathroom was relatively clean. Overall, the experience is good, it is recommended that friends who have a limited budget or do not pursue a full service hotel come to stay.

The environment is cleaner than I thought, and it's about a 12-minute walk from the train station. If you don't have a high budget, this is a good choice.

We arrived hotel early in the morning, intended to store baggages before starting tour. We were greeted warmly by hotel friendly staffs and our baggages safely kept in the store room. Out of our expectation, we were invited to the kitchen for free breakfast. Location of hotel is near to public transports. We can do simple cooking with microwave oven, toast bread and make drinks in the kitchen. We will stay here again when we come to London next time

The hotel is located in central London, so it's very close to various sights. We walked to the Natural History Museum and the Science Museum, which are both about two kilometers from Chelsea House Hotel. Breakfast was good: fresh bread, cold meats, boiled eggs, jams, vegetables, fruit, coffee, tea, juices, and more.
