I had an excellent stay at Holiday in London Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast served every morning. There was a great selection of fresh, tasty food, and it was the perfect way to start each day. A special thank you to Sultana, who was an amazing host. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Her outstanding hospitality and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. The customer service throughout the hotel was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always delivered with a smile. I highly recommend Holiday in London Hotel to anyone visiting London. I look forward to staying here again.

We had a lovely stay at The Adria Hotel London. The hotel is clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. The personal butler service was excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. A special compliment to Jack, the Manager, who was absolutely brilliant — very helpful, attentive and always ready to assist. His excellent service really made a difference to our stay. Would definitely recommend The Adria and look forward to staying again!

This is a 'decent' hotel. Yes, that's the word. The facilities aren't brand new, but the mattress in the room is still comfortable, the towels are still soft, the toilet paper is still thick, and the hygiene standards are consistently good. The breakfast is a classic English breakfast, meeting the expected standards for a four-star hotel. The location is excellent, situated in a wealthy area of London with very convenient transportation; the subway station is right next door. And the price, especially during the off-season, offers fantastic value for money. Backed by the Millennium Hotels Group and Singaporean capital, it's surprisingly good – the hotel's own restaurant serves authentic wonton noodles and Hainanese chicken rice! Plus, guests get discount coupons! If I had to summarize in one sentence, I'd say this is a well-managed, old-fashioned but not outdated hotel.

The location is quite convenient, very close to the subway station. There's also a bus stop right across the street. The hotel itself is quite large, and the rooms are decent. It's an older property, but it's been reasonably well-maintained. Coming in August, paying just over 1,000 for a room including breakfast for two felt like a pretty standard price and excellent value for money. Prices go up by a few hundred on weekends. The breakfast is a standard, comprehensive spread with a good variety of common items, so you can have a satisfying meal.

The receptionist was friendly and the check-in process was smooth and efficient! The room was pretty spacious for a single room and it had all the necessities I needed like an hairdryer, and also travel adapters which is something I did not expect but appreciate a lot! It is also close to Paddington station, approximately about a 5mins walk. Lots of eateries nearby. The hotel is close to the hospital so you can expect a couple of ambulance or police sirens at times. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was that, there wasn’t any ‘do not disturb’ sign that you can indicate. So there wasn’t any way that I could inform the cleaning staff that I did not want my room to be cleaned. But am glad that my valuables didn’t get stolen. The hotel was really great overall and i’ll be sure to book an hotel with them the next time I visit London!

Amazing hotel! Perfect location for the Albert Hall or South Kensington to get into central London. From check in to checkout the team could not have been more helpful. Beautiful rooms and a great compact gym area. Every detail has been thought through which was nice. The bar had its own terrace area and the service and food was superb. Would definitely return here.

Stayed for 3 night, wanted to change room, staff helped, but we did not change finally. Location : 5 Stars - 2 mins from Gloucester Road Station. Cleanness: Good and clean. Service: Staff are helpful. Facilities: The hotel is a very old historical building, and under refurbishment, sound of wall drilling started from 8-9 am. Our room is besides the back staircase, we had to get into a ”on-going” construction area to our room. We can clearly hear where the upstairs customers were and people walking through the stair case. The toilet is very small with shower cubicle, and have no where to place your stuff. The room structure are quite weird. Price: not worth. I spent the same amount in Paris, I got a 4star hotel with branding and very nice location, service, and comparative new room!

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the subway, you can go anywhere. The facilities are a bit old, especially the size of the house is too small, there is no air conditioning, only a small electric fan. The staff is still very enthusiastic. If you want to live a cheaper hotel, you can consider it.

It’s a hotel that we have known for several years, a certain luxury and tradition! Superb decoration for Christmas, the lounges with fireplaces for tea with beautiful silver metal crockery and teapot, very attentive staff, make you feel good. We will come back again…

It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. The decoration of the hotel is very unique. Just across the road from the hotel is Kensington Park, where you can enjoy the green space, enjoy the lovely swans and pigeons, and breathe fresh air. It is really free. The hotel service is very good and the staff is very friendly. It doesn't matter if your English is not very good, translation software can solve it. When I ordered room service, there was a very lovely lady who was very enthusiastic and she was really nice! I left a very good impression at this hotel! The grandfather or brother standing guard at the door will always open the door or provide help in time. We booked a double bed room, but the mattress was put together by two single people, which did not affect our sleep. My roommate didn't feel anything when he woke up at night. The room was very quiet, and everything was very good!
