設施：很新，裝修很用心。
衞生：房間很乾凈，衞浴用品也都很乾凈。
環境：特別適合和三五家好友，帶上老婆孩子一起來度假休閑，裏面麻將機、桌球案、KTV、電影房一應俱全。屋外烤肉更是一絕！
服務：農家院特有的人情味兒，讓你從工作環境中一下跳脱出來，迴歸人與人真誠的交流，輕鬆愉悦！

特別不推薦，最大的感觸是這是一家極其摳和愛騙人的民宿。老闆衹想賺錢，連空調都捨不得給房客開。有圖有真相，列舉問題如下：1.房子床品潮糊糊，枕頭睡了很難受。2.到處蟲子蟑螂，尤其蜘蛛網很多，衞生處理很不及時3.衞生間竟然沒有洗浴液和洗髮液，也沒肥皂洗手。4.多數房間內沒有空調，中央空調是擺設，老闆還不給開。5.三樓明明沒人住，有個露台。老闆嫌打掃麻煩騙人説三樓住人了需要安靜，故意不讓住客上去。那你曬圖宣傳的時候放這個圖片幹啥？而且這個房子的照片根本不真實，他是在一個民宿的後面，住處四周的環境遠不如照片好看。

位置非常好找，下了七家收費站左轉100米左右就能看到。去哪裡都很方便，右邊去茅荊壩森林公園20分鐘，上高速去美林谷一個小時，都是人少景美的好地方。酒店裝修温馨，房間大，衞生間大，公共區域有很大的桌子適合團建，老闆服務好，有求必應，衞生間一次性馬桶墊浴缸套都準備齊全，總之比一般酒店價格實惠環境還好，再去還會選擇。

去熱河谷選擇了這家民宿，可以説非常滿意了！老闆娘特別熱情，而且還給我們留了兩間有公共區域（有麻將機，茶歇區）服務不用説要什麼有什麼，衞生很乾凈老闆娘都親自收拾房間，簡約風格還有露台可以去外面坐坐很舒服，一層還有桌球廳，都是免費使用的哦，重點是性價比真的很高！很滿意！

整體比較温馨，屬於家庭小洋房的感覺，推薦！
衞生：衞生很乾凈，這點是最在意的，很滿意。
環境：交通便利，近高速口。周圍有農田和飯店，環境不錯。
設施：裝修很新，水壓非常足，這點很滿意。能夠泡個舒服的熱水澡，沐浴也舒服。提供的拖鞋非常好。美中不足，衞生間換氣口會反味，可以優化一下
服務：老闆很熱情，因為我們帶着孩子，怕打麻將的客人吵到我們，特意為我們換了房間。
早餐：比較簡單，是粥、雞蛋、燒餅和鹹菜
