amazing hotel! with a welcoming fruit plate and drinks, as well as an amazing location. We also got free bikes to go around the city. Recommend it :)

Nice staff, property is in a nice walkable area. Many Temples, Night Market, and the Riverside are near by. Note that the walls are thin and things are easily heard from room to room.

Bad experience, the price you pay doesn't match the room's quality you get. We paid about 140$ for a family room (35 sq.m in description), but get a small room stuffed with beds with no space even for suitcases. After one night, management gave as the bigger room, which was as big as expected (that's good), but the room wasn't cozy and neat. It looked quite filthy. I recommend choosing another place for staying in LP. Attached photos of family room we got first, and the second one.

Good location in a hidden street. The staff is friendly and helpful, they arranged for us most transport around Liam Prabang. Breakfast is ok, it would be better if all the drinks were available in the self service area, also lacking some options like yogurt or spreads/jam. The swimming pool is in shade for most of the day so the water is always freezing cold.

My air condition is broken. Water dripping leaking whole night with Loud noise. WiFi is not working whole day, no matter which wifi networks I connect to (they have 4-5 different ones).

Hotel staff is very kind . Hotel is located not far from the night market so can any time go to grab some delicious local food . I liked beautiful view from my balcony on the pond

What a fantastic experience to stay in this place. From the friendly and going extra miles staff that ensure to serve you with their sweet smiles and hospitality to the attention to details to your requests. The place is really quiet that can make you rest and recharge well and the breakfast is good as they serve western and asian menu like omelette, noodle, porridge, fried rice, fruits and bread. Thanks Villa Oasis! Surely will come back again!

Amazing place, I would definitely stay there again. Friendly helpful staff, they booked my train ticket for me. It was so quiet and that pond with flowers in bloom. The location is great, everything is within walking distance and there are loads of coffee shops, restaurants around even a big supermarket. The ATM is next to the entrance. They were busy with some construction but it didn't bother me too much.

The place located in the town which can walk to night market, room was ok, bed is soft, I like it, staffs are very friendly, outside room is the lotus farm which is amazing, I like it here

Good location near to supermarkets and pharmacy. Rustic resort feel. However, the bed and pillows are not comfortable and too hard. The air conditioner is too cold even though try to adjust to maximum temperature. However, the front desk service are excellent.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Luang Prabang. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they even helped to move our bike inside to make sure it was safe! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful place. We were so sad that we couldn’t stay longer! We’ll definitely go here again next time.

Absolutely blown away by the friendliness of the staff, the professionalism shown, and the awesome location of the hotel. We will definitely be back!

Really cosy place to enjoy and relax in Luang Praban. Very close to the night market. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The inner lake with lotus flowers is an great plus to this place.
