The wifi in the hotel is very bad. . Very slow and cannot login to some websites. The breakfast is horrible. No coffee and tea. I had to bring tea bags from the room to make my own tea. The food selection is very limited. The only good point is it is 800 meters from the Longmen railway station. I don’t recommend this hotel. There should be better hotels in Luoyang

Clean and comfortable, lovely staff. Breakfast was so-so and housekeeping did not wipe coffee drips and shaver stubble around sink, but everything else was great.

We really enjoyed everything! The only thing we would have liked a little richer was the breakfast: a few more fruits and coffee would have suited our tastes. Thank you for your hospitality!

位置挺好火車站邊，房間大小也可以，就是衞生差了點，床頭桌和沙發都有頭髮沒清潔，毛巾都有染色了還在用。

出門旅遊，維也納酒店是必選酒店之一，洛陽龍門高鐵站這家維也納還是非常棒的選擇和體驗！酒店距離高鐵站步行即達。周邊安靜乾淨，出行方便，龍門石窟很近；周邊餐飲飯店也較多。酒店本身服務周到設施完善實用，晚上休息很不錯👍沒有外來噪音（除了酒店某些客人走道聲音過大而已）！給前台接待員，客房保潔和早餐工作人員五星好評！
