Food is plentiful, tasty and very well presented. Very much enjoy our time here, and really hope we can return later in the year. We stayed here for 4 nights to explore the Cotswolds. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. On arrival we were upgraded to an apartment by the wonderfully friendly Maria, who made sure we were having a good stay throughout the time we were there. The food variety at breakfast was so good, the restaurant food was also great, I would recommend the Salad Nicoise. Our apartment was attended to every day, and the housekeeping staff were faultless. Although this is a dog friendly hotel, at no point was this apparent with any dog smells. Joanne, one of the waitresses at breakfast always welcomed everyone with her friendly smile and again, nothing was too much to ask of her. She is a real gem of the hotel. It was nice having the other choices on the site to eat and drink at too, The Hideout a particular favourite of ours. Would ber recommend to stay here, absolutely we would, and we would come back again with our dogs, the area around is so dog friendly with plenty of scenic walks, especially the big park in Cirencester. The pool area was clean and calming, as we were staying for a longer period, we were offered to use the pool without booking a spa session. This place is the gem of the Cotswolds Water Park to stay.

My mother and I checked in to Jury's Hotel Swindon for what was to be a short two-day stay for a convention. Due to a medical emergency and then us both falling ill, our two day stay turned into a seven day one. Jury's became our home away from home and couldn't have been better. The staff were all extremely supportive and kind given our unfortunate situation. I didn't catch anyone's name, but I wanted to especially thank two members of staff who helped me with my mother when she fell very ill and needed to go to the emergency room. The two ladies went above and beyond their usual work duties without any hesitation. I owe them a huge debt of gratitude and I certainly hope their supervisors recognize the amazing staff they are so fortunate to have. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of Swindon, which is a charming town. Especially old town Swindon, just up the street from the hotel. It's centrally located on many major bus lines and is a short walk from the bus station. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, as was every meal we had from the restaurant. My only complaint is that the room did not have a mini-fridge or microwave, which would have been extremely convenient for us, but we were able to eat just fine between the food delivery apps available and the hotel restaurant. I wish every hotel was Jury's Inn Swindon caliber. Well done. 👏

When I booked the hotel, I wrote a parking lot. I didn’t go there. I have to pay another 9.5 pounds to the nearby parking lot. The service is not good. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 rooms. On the first night, we told the front desk that we wanted to change the second night. 1 is not changed.

We needed an overnight to break our journey on the M4. This was ideal. Quick, friendly check-in with hot brealfast pre-ordered. Room and bed OK for what we paid (but would have liked two pillows and more tea bags.) Bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower good though lacking a grab rail over the bath. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and hot breakfast nicely cooked. Large well lit car park with CCTV. We would use this hotel again.
