You should read this carefully, Five Suites Madrid is not the Ritz. It's just some rooms on the fifth floor of a nondescript building in downtown Madrid, a 5-10 minute walk from places like the Plaza Mayor. The room is very small (if it faces the street, it will be very noisy, and there are no other service staff on site except the front desk. Anyway, it is worth the money, cheap and clean, beautifully decorated, pretty good bed, wireless The internet signal was good and the lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. I would happily stay here again if I were to travel to Madrid again on a budget.

Madrid 5 Suites was where we chose to stay during our recent trip to Madrid and they did not disappoint. Just a stone's throw from the nearest metro, its location is a major advantage. Calle del Sol, Puerto Rico, Plaza Mayor, and Royal Palace are all within walking distance. Although the building is old, the elevators and rooms are very clean. The receptionist was helpful and if one is fussy about noise levels there is an option to stay in a back room.

Pequeño, incómodo, el baño diminuto y la mampara rota(no se cerraba) un motor en el suelo al lado del váter que hacía mucho ruido, el escalón para entrar a la ducha enorme, podías hacer pipí y apoyar la barbilla en el lavabo, se oía todo, lo que más el ascensor, además con un uso continuo, las paredes de papel. Lo único bueno, la limpieza y que estaba céntrico. La chica que nos atendió mostró mucho nerviosismo a la hora de coordinar el trabajo. Nuestra experiencia no fue buena.
