The hotel is extremely well located but you should not expect great luxury

Right next to Plaza de España, super convenient for going to the airport, attractions or shopping. After buying, you can go back to the hotel to put it away. The subway station is 30 meters away and there is a bus stop next to it. Although it is in a scenic spot, it is not noisy at all. There is also a kitchen refrigerator available.

The room is large and the location is very good. Breakfast is just downstairs when you go out and turn left.

The room I was assigned first had dirty bed covers, so I told the front desk and they changed the room. But in the second cabin, claws were rolling around. He got angry at me for saying it was the third room, so I said that you should be sorry because I was so dumbfounded. Then he said that he didn't do the cleaning, so there's nothing to be sorry about. I was so absurd at the tyranny of the front desk staff who didn't have the basics, but I had no choice but to stay in that room, and after taking a shower at night, I was shocked to see the condition of the towels again. Well, there were two luggage stickers attached to the towel. If you wash towels, it's impossible. The next day, I requested an early check-out through Trip.com and requested a refund for the remaining days, but the hotel shamelessly refused. Since they changed rooms twice, they claim that they have done their job. Changing the room was because there was a defect, and the more you changed, the bigger the problem was. There was no apology even after making them go through unspeakably dirty and unpleasant things. This is the first time I've experienced a rude hotel that yells at customers and gets angry. They didn't refund the rest of the stay, so I had to ruin my trip to Madrid and spend the rest of the time in a hellish hotel. The mattress was not covered with a cover, but only covered with a short cover, so when you sit down, the cover lifts up and the mattress is exposed. I couldn't stand the dirty mattress, so I asked the maid for a cover, and there was a cover for the mattress. The cover is not properly used, the cleaning is rough, the towels are not managed, the front desk is shameless and it is the worst hotel. The bathtub is all broken, the door to the room doesn't open properly, and even if the lock on the window is broken, it doesn't seem to have any intention of fixing it. It must be a hotel that has never had the spirit of customer service.
