Wonderful location with loads of shopping and restaurants within 100m walk from the hotel. Clean and good sized room with all the necessary things needed

Great location and very clean. The hotel service was excellent, especially the breakfast delivered to our door – a really thoughtful touch. The self-service bar was also very convenient and had a great vibe! The front desk staff were very nice. I'll definitely be back to Sun Gate B&B.

Great location and clean. Provided croissants and water for breakfast as well as unlimited fruit, cookies, juice and hot drink in the down stairs kitchen. Kettle, microwave in kitchen and mini fridge in room.

Nice location. It was quiet and they gave you pastries and water in the morning which were super delicious. And it has coffee 24/7.

We are very happy with this 3-star hotel. Excellent location, ten minutes walk from metro Sol or metro Gran Via. Allow luggage to be kept at front desk after checking out. The best part is the 24-hour pantry service, providing free coffee, tea, water and soft drinks, and biscuits. In the morning, free bread and bottled water package is placed outside your room.

The location is perfect for solo travellers, and the best places to stay have friendly staff and good service.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right by Puerta del Sol, and is not far from Plaza Mayor and Plaza de España. The metro station is incredibly close, just a 3-minute walk away. Supermarkets and restaurants are all nearby. The hotel service is also great, especially Ms. Paioma at the front desk, who is very enthusiastic and helpful, answering all our questions. She deserves high praise! I'll definitely recommend this hotel to any friends visiting Madrid in the future.

Great value for money hotel. Excellent location right next to Puerta del Sol. There's a free 24-hour self-service bar on the basement floor. They also offer a simple complimentary breakfast with bread. We stayed for two nights and had a good experience.

The hotel's location right by Puerta del Sol is incredibly convenient. Our room was very large and spacious. You need a key card to access the upper floors, which adds to the safety. Every evening, simple bread and water are hung on the door, and there's a self-service bar downstairs where you can relax and grab a bite. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend!

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Madrid, making shopping super convenient. The terrace is also quite comfortable. The room itself was a bit cramped but reasonably clean, on par with a typical budget hotel in China.
