Staffs are all very friendly & polite. Able to check-in early. Room is spacious with lots of tv channel. Breakfast is incredibly awesome. Soo many varieties to choose from.

Came to celebrate my birthday & belated anniversary at the hotel. Room was decorated and we even received cakes for the occasions. Thank you for the gentures & hospitality. One of the best experiences ever with Double Tree Hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

I booked a King Suite room. It is very spacious room with separate bathroom, bathtub and toilet. There is a nespesso coffee machine in the Suite. The hotel use WhatsApp to communicate with guest. All request is attended promptly. Breakfast is local and international spread, which was quite good. Location is suitable for guest with own transport.

Enjoyed my weekend at Doubletree by Hilton Melaka.
The hotel room is clean and staffs are friendly.
We're also welcomed with a cookies during check-in.
Good view from my room - King Junior Suite.
There is a mall in the same building, but most of the shops are idle.
Nonetheless, there are a few areas which I found during my stay.
1. There was an odor when I stepped into the hotel room.
2. The lift waiting time from lobby to carpark was longer than expected.
Overall, the hotel is good, and highly recommended.

The service was great. The lady at the reception was very polite and helpful. The room was good and spacious. The breakfast had a reasonable selection of foods. Need more labels for the food though.
The toilet can be improved. The room we were in, the shower door made a noise when opening and closing which was quite annoying at night. The door to the WC is not a soft closing door. The water heater was not really reliable and consistent.
Despite a little drawbacks here and there, it was a pleasant stay at Doubletree Melaka.

Great hotel,receptionist at Ground floor are polite and very helpful.
Breakfast is good ,quite a variety of food,Malay,Indian and Chinese food as well as others.
Gym is good,4 treadmills to use and offer city view on the gym.

The room was amazingly large for 2 pax and had plenty of TV channels. Room was spotless and had the usual amenities. Room also had a great view and we were lucky to have fireworks that night since it was still Chinese New Year period.
