Brand new clean facility with great employees. Quiet place. You can tell they are still getting it together (renovating) but when it’s all done it will be a great place!

The hotel was clean, but we had a few issues. First off, there were unexpected fees at check-in that caught us off guard. Plus, the bathroom door didn't lock properly, and the pillows were as flat as pancakes, making it hard to get comfy. What's worse, there was no one around to help with check-in or keep an eye on safety at the front door, which was concerning. I would not recommend staying here as I didn’t feel safe and couldn’t sleep the entire night knowing there was no one guarding the hotel.

We stayed in room 107 and 105. I must say this is the worst hotel stay I have had in years.
My husband and I were in room 107. After leaving our room once, our key no longer worked, which was extremely frustrating. We got in our room. The floors were filthy with dirt streams all over the floor in the bathroom and the main room. The bathroom sink would not drain and it was just plain gross. The floors were also sticky.
My dad stayed in room 105. His key didn’t work the first time, so we had to go back and get a new key. He had a centipede in his bathroom and the floors were filthy.
I shared my concerns with the Hotel Weston staff. I did not receive a response.

Longest check-in process of my life (there’s not a real person there - it’s over video call and a machine)
Hardest bed I’ve had the displeasure of sleeping on
Loud power equipment outside at 6am
Broken lighting fixture, so half of our room was dark the entire stay
Toilet rim was certainly not cleaned after the last guest
JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO THE HOME2 SUITES NEXT DOOR - I CERTAINLY WISH I WOULD HAVE

Overall the stay was ok …didn’t like the fact you had to communicate through kiosk….had to switch room due to staff not able to fix my tv..my upgrade room was better the room i had til it was time to take a shower….the shower was not clean so i wasn’t sure what else wasn’t cleaned properly but it was hair all in my shower…they had bag breakfast …didn’t like that

First thing is I only saw the “cleaning”employees when they were gathering trash and then “house-keeping” after people checked out. I literally had to check in and out on a kiosk through someone in a call center absolutely no one worked the front desk. The “barn door” style glass shower door would not stay closed. There was even hair inside of some of our towels and because there were no employees I ended up going to Walmart to buy some just for us to use the weekend of our stay. Another customer that I ran into in the elevator says it’s a brand new hotel but it seemed more like a dying hotel that tried to do a makeover But it’s not working.
