"Decided to stay on for an extra day here due to the convenient location (for driving to other parts of Toronto) and the cost being not too expensive in comparison to hotels of similar grading. Had breakfast at the bistro which was co-operated with Starbucks. Quite a fantastic breakfast though the portion was small in terms of Canadian standards. The room was in good condition and clean. Staff was helpful too. Highly recommended"

"Normally check in time is at 3pm fortunately our room was available so we can check in earlier. Staff at reception were very politely and friendly. We were a group of 3 adults and reserved a two queen room which was tidy and towels were clean. Surely we will consider to stay at this hotel again if we plan to travel next time."

"The hotel room facilities are complete, and the layout is just like in the picture, what you see is what you get. The room is spacious and bright, and it is not cramped at all for a family of four. The room is equipped with a kitchen, with a stove and three kinds of pots, as well as plates, bowls, and cups, which are enough for cooking, which is very convenient. The hotel staff is very nice, and we will choose to stay here next time. There are many restaurants around the hotel, which can be reached by foot."

"The location is very convenient, the front desk staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and tidy. However, one thing I’m not used to is that many hotels in the Toronto area don’t have windows that can be opened for ventilation, nor do they have air exchange systems."

"The hotel is in a good location, and Costco is just a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast is served from 6am to 10am. It's fairly basic but good enough. This hotel is comparable to UK Ibis, Premier Inn, and Travelodge. The hotel has recently been refurbished, so everything is top-notch and clean. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, the hotel takes a holding deposit of CAD 150, which is refunded at checkout; however, there is no mention of that on the Trip. The toiletries are provided by the hotel, so there's no need to bring shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Spark."

All staff were friendly, rooms were nice, cheese lacked hot water kettle. There is a small swimming pool where many families swim. The visiting-style design allows you to not only work, but also have meetings and chats with friends in the room."
