"It was a nice stay during the visit. It was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for everything. I would really recommend for people to stay here"
"The location is very convenient, the front desk staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and tidy. However, one thing I’m not used to is that many hotels in the Toronto area don’t have windows that can be opened for ventilation, nor do they have air exchange systems."

"Specious room with kitchen, sofa and bed. Very friendly staff who are helpful and pleasant in their responses to requests for towels, luggage storage etc some amenities such as bottled water need to be purchased. Breakfast is good. Location is a bit far from the usual residential or commercial district - Around 15 min drive"
"It's near Markham, the location is good, convenient to everywhere, free parking. Newer facilities, large rooms, quiet and clean, good service. There are several Chinese restaurants around."
"The pictures on have no relation to the property. It’s an older property.First room smelt musty , possibly from the a/c unit in the room. Second room a/c was newer so no smell. Staff are helpful."
"Write a review in Chinese to give some reference to my compatriots who came to Canada from China like me! If I go to Toronto again, I will definitely stay in this hotel. I love it! Breakfast 🈶 has a lot of hot food, and the hotel is super generous. You won't be stopped from taking a cup of coffee upstairs after breakfast. The hygiene is also very good, the room is big enough, everything is satisfactory❤️"
KKhurramThe hotel is in a good location, and Costco is just a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast is served from 6am to 10am. It's fairly basic but good enough. This hotel is comparable to UK Ibis, Premier Inn, and Travelodge. The hotel has recently been refurbished, so everything is top-notch and clean. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, the hotel takes a holding deposit of CAD 150, which is refunded at checkout; however, there is no mention of that on the Trip. The toiletries are provided by the hotel, so there's no need to bring shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Spark.
GGuest UserCustomer service at the counter was so so. Although the hotel is newly renovated. I can tell the bed mattress is old and too soft for me. The comforter and sheets weren’t soft. The comforter was being used so many years which all the gilt was worn down.
WWing Hau NgThere is no light on celling the first room they give me, before I went down to the front desk, I ask the housekeeping lady and she told me talk to front desk room after 21, there is no celling light, the room inside was very dark, I went down told front desk and changed another room and then she give me room 25, I told her housekeeping lady told me no celling light after 21 then she ask me go upstairs to check first, after I check and going back down said no night, she give me another room #49, I told her again no celling light after room #21, she still give me room#49 , I told her to call housekeeping department to check but she ask me go to check by myself, I never heard a 4 stars hotel will asked guess to check room for front desk, she don't want to change another room for me before I check room#49. Then I go upstairs to check then going back down again. She told me there is no more rooms available. I told her I want to talk to her supervisor, her supervisor come out and finally give me room#11 room with a celling light . Total I using 1 hour to check-in. That is what kind of hotel it is.
