"It was very good, the person on check-in was really amazing and everyone was good as well. I loved our stay there. We booked a room for 4 people but they upgraded us to Executive suite. It was so nice of them. I wish we had Haram view but it was 2 mins walk from Mosque."
"Initially i got surprised after Booking hotel informed me that they couldn’t find my booking and advised me to contact with service provider. I called Trip.com Saudi Arabia contact number they supported within 30 minutes. Not only provided me new hotel confirmation number but also sent confirmation email as well. When I called with new confirmation number it was okay and I reached and faced no issues. It was great experience with Trip.com to book Such a nice property in very reasonable price and no hidden charges. Finally we enjoyed it."
"Pros
Good reception staff and friendly staff
Location is not too bad but far from main gates of the mosque
Rooms are big
Check in and out was good
Check out late 2pm which is nice
Cons
Rooms are so tired and not too clean
They have issue with cleaning and room services "
"MashaAllah, TabarakAllah – I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The place is beautiful and very quiet, and the cleanliness is outstanding – everything was spotless.
I would especially like to thank the front desk staff member, Mr. Abdulrahman Hajili, for his exceptional professionalism and respectful attitude. He was truly courteous and helpful throughout my stay.
Thank you for such a pleasant experience – I look forward to staying here again, InshaAllah…"
"Friendly staff. Decent hotel. Breakfast is pretty good with decent options. Very close to the Masjid un Nabawi. It is about 6 to 8 minutes walk from the Haram."
"A solid 3 out of 5. Budget hotel, clean fine for solo travellers and within 15-20 minute walk from Masjid Nawabi. Thanks to the receptionists who upgraded the room to a king-size bed suite and offered the day extension for the same room, too. Breakfast consists of a set menu, not a buffet, which, although adequate, is nothing special. A few places are within a few minutes' walk. Showroom was clean but oddly lacked a shower screen, so water splashed over the toilet! Not sure what the builders were thinking as if they wanted a wet room or a normal bathroom, but ended up with an in-between.
The hotel itself is located not on the posh side of Medina but 1.2km from Masjid, but being a budget friendly option, it's fine. Top Tip for solo travellers, if you're able to then walk a little under 2km from Hotel to bus station locted near Prophets Mosque to get the 400 bus that will take you straight to Medina Airport It's much cheaper than taxi and Uber options."
"The place is new, clean, tidy, quiet, and within walking distance to the mosque. The girls and boys at the reception are very respectful, helpful, and cheerful."
"Thank you for this nice hotel, walking distance to haram, very pleasant way from the reception , the fastest and tastiest Kabsa Dajaj i have ever eaten
Thank you so much the photo bellow is my room view"
"we stayed at this hotel on 25 January 2024 until 2 & February 2024. Me, my wife and my son. I was initially a bit skeptical about this hotel because this was the first time staying in the hotel area facing the Prophet's Mosque. previously, 3 times before, when visiting the Prophet's Mosque, we stayed in the hotel area at the back of the Mosque. *************, the best experience with the hotel, which for me is a strategic location near the entrance to the front of the mosque. besides that, there are many interesting places nearby such as places to eat in Shariq Qurban Qurban with many delicious restaurants . The location is also close to the Quba Mosque. You can take a Buggy or Uber to get there. We even walked to the Quba Mosque. for me, a new experience with the hotel, which is the hotel officer during the check-in process was very friendly and greeted us well and was very fluent in English. The room was also very clean. The room cleaning process was very satisfactory. Highly recommended for families for the Ellaf At-Taqwa Hotel."
"Pilih hotel ni sebab lokasi. Cumanya susah nak dapat hotel ni sebab cepat sold out. Haritu masa check in receptionist surprisingly ramah, which was a bit odd sebab customer service kat Saudi ni takda lah beriya sangat ramah. Check in macam biasa lepas Asar. Hotel memang sangat2 busy so jarang sangat2 akan dapat early check in. Easily accessible untuk yang pakai wheelchair. Lif banyak. Walaupun orang ramai tapi ok sebab lif banyak. Overall akan stay sini lagi inshaallah."
GGuest UserOne of the best hotels in Madinah. Very close to Masjid Nabi S.A.W for the men (gate 365)
It takes literally 5 mins to get to the masjid.
On the quieter side of the masjid compared to the other side with all the buzz and it's very close to Jannatul Baqi too.
The room size itself is massive. You get all the amenities in the rooms like slippers, bathrobes, shower gel etc. safe box in the cupboards which are big enough for all the clothes and even have an iron and ironing board in the room.
All The staff are amazing and friendly especially the cleaners,. dining staff and luggage men.
Very helpful and even gave us an extra 1 hour to check out because we were running late.
Id definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
SShazianService is exceptional.Very attentive to any comment.
Location is just opposite gate 329.Best for women's entrance to the mosque.
Area of improvement-Breakfast same everyday.catered for middle eastern guest.Should have more varieties like Malaysian or Indonesian food.
Next will be the toilet-shower in the bathtub is a huge challenge for some especially the seniors.Hopefully they will change it to shower room when they refurbish the room.
AAllam ashOverall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly
GGuest UserThe hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything.
We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place.
The building is older, but functional.
We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone.
I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩
Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365.
You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us.
Because the location is not that far from gate 365.
This gate is near Rawdah.
Ps: I take this photo right before check out. Sorry for the mess
GGuest UserI’ve never stayed in this hotel despite visiting Medina on a number of occasions the location is okay it’s near both the ladies and men’s gate to access at prayer times I’d say a brisk 10 min walk there is a lot of food places the mini stalls and also great Pakistani food on the doorstep of hotel
Now the hotel itself is in need of a little refurbishment the doors in the rooms are peeling and the furniture is old
On the other hand the toiletries used are an amazing brand BYREDO….the lifts were very busy and would take a long time to arrive at our floor and also the same on the ground floor
Breakfast was standard but fresh I cannot fault the service received by staff members especially Feras at reception and house keeping too all in all a pleasant stay
SSalha.DriciI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, it was a memorable experience. The food was undoubtedly a highlight – each meal was crafted with care, offering a variety of delicious options that delighted the taste buds. The quality and presentation were impressive, making every dining experience a true treat.
The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The decor was modern yet cozy, and every detail seemed thoughtfully chosen to enhance relaxation. I particularly appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the overall ambiance, which made it feel like a home away from home.
That being said, the price was on the higher end, which is something to consider for those on a budget. While the experience was undoubtedly enjoyable, the premium cost may not be justifiable for everyone, depending on their expectations.
In summary, this hotel offers an exceptional stay with great food and a pleasant atmosphere, though the price may be a consideration for some. If you’re looking for comfort and quality, and you’re willing to splurge a little, this could be the perfect spot for you.
GGuest UserThe hotel’s location near the Prophet’s Mosque is excellent, making it convenient for visitors. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Rooms felt outdated, cleanliness was lacking, and staff were slow to respond to requests. Parking is free .While the location is a big plus, the service and facilities need significant improvement.
