Hayah Plaza Hotel

The hotel was difficult to reach directly using the contact details provided in the hotel's information. However, I was able to request approval for my stay through Trip.com's chat service. Upon check-in, there was an issue with the booking system for OTA reservations, which caused a significant delay in getting our room. The facilities were quite basic; they only provided paper cups in the room and refills were by request. We booked a triple room but received a room with four beds, making it very cramped. On the upside, the location is excellent, very close to Gate 307 of the Nabawi Mosque courtyard. Because of this fantastic location, I believe I would book this hotel again if I return for Umrah. I hope they can improve their facilities and services in the future.

The hotel is only 300m from the Prophet's Mosque courtyard, very close if you enter from gate 309. It's also near the Ghamamah Mosque park, and you can easily walk to both locations. There are many food court options around as well. Although the hotel is a bit old and only a 1-star, the rooms are spacious, and amenities like a hairdryer, fridge, and safe box are all provided. I will definitely come back to this hotel again. The price is very economical, yet the location is incredibly close to the Prophet's Mosque and several museums. The receptionist also helped us with an early check-in.
