"We recently stayed here for a leisure trip, and it was a great experience overall. The check-in process was fast and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The room provided to us was a corner room, which I love! It was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a great night’s sleep. The room also offered a lovely city view of Maximilianstraße, adding to the charm of my stay.
The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short distance from the train station and the airport bus stop, making it very convenient for travelers. There are also plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The Wi-Fi and heating worked well. The only downside during our stay was that the elevator was out of service, so we had to use the stairs, which was a bit inconvenient with us carrying our luggages.
Despite this minor issue, I had a wonderful experience overall. The cozy lobby and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. For the price, it was absolutely worth it, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
"The bathtub doesn't drain the water properly. No air-conditioning . Hot summer days can be a big problem. Good location well everywhere is walking distance. But for that money, I definitely stayed at better places in Germany."

"We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel in August. As soon as they arrived, they gave us a three-time room without air conditioning, they were hot days and Memmingen was reaching 37 degrees of day, after a complaint heard with the turning staff whom we made clear that we had paid a Triple room with air conditioning about € 360 for two nights with not very friendly ways changed our triple room with double with the third added bed with air conditioning , to note that they made us pay the double as the three, which was much bigger and comfortable. In short, the 4-star classification for our experience is too high for the quality of the structure, rooms, and therefore the price risk is too high for the proposed quality standard. We also understand from our expenses that in the city's central area you can find better at cheaper prices."

"A beautiful quiet and comfortable hotel in foot access from the airport. This time breakfast was not taken, but last year were worthy. Comfortable beds, very clean, and most importantly, again very quiet. If you need to sleep before morning flight it is the same)"
