Our family stopped here while traveling home. It was close to where we were and needed to just stop for the night. Quick booking through my trip app, and the guy was nice when I was checking in. The room was okay, nothing special, honestly, which was surprising since it was a higher end hotel, but it was decent as far as cleanliness and enough beds for my family of 6. The beds are not that comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent, and coffee was good. Was in a good part of Memphis.

First time we stayed the rooms were clean staff was nice. However, on our return trip they put us on the 4th floor which smelled like a Cheech and Chong Movie filled of ********* smoke. Hotel staff could care less and didn’t even offer us to change rooms to a different floor. Reported again the next morning and staff member gave a vague “I’m sorry” as I turned around he didn’t know my family was at the table across and witnessed him just roll his eyes at me.

The carpets in our room was disgusting. Was charged 100 pet cleaning fee but yet my kids feet were BLACK after walking around barefoot on the carpet. For the price of the hotel and the condition it was in made no sense. Very similar to a motel 6 in smell and cleanliness

The check-in was delayed for computer reasons, the staff was very apologetic. I left before breakfast was served. Luckily I was awake at 5:00 am when the hotel called to tell me there wasn't a room for me that night. When I explained I was already in a room, he apologized. The room was good sized and clean.
