Our stay was completely satisfying, the whole hotel staff ( reception, bellboys, cleaners, etc) has broad availability to help with all the needs as well as great hospitality training. The managers Octavio and Eduardo welcomed us and fulfilled our requests every time. During breakfast the chefs came out to ask how everything was. The hotel is new, modern and in perfect conditions. Cleaning was impecable and furniture is tremendously comfortable. Congratulations to Novotel on this new resort.

I give this hotel 5 stars for some very simple reasons. It's got a good rate, it's a new building, the employees were friendly, the rooms comfortable and generally very clean. Bedding was fantastic, towels of decent quality, and the amenities were a good brand. (CO Bigelow). I took away a start because they list themselves on Orbitz and Expedia as a ”VIP Access” hotel for people who have elite status with Orbitz (or Expedia) of which I am Platinum. They did not offer any upgrade, late check-out, or even mention that I was a Platinum member of Orbitz or that they participate in the VIP Elite program. Sort of disappointing and they shouldn't be listed as a VIP Elite Hotel with Orbitz or Expedia if they're not going to honor what they said they would. (Because listing themselves this way helps them attract more customers such as myself.) Be more honest Fiesta Americana Viaducto Aeropuerto hotel.

I have been to this place for business trips several times. I have stayed here many times, but I can be regarded as a frequent visitor. The environment is good and the transportation is convenient.

The hotel is well located. But when I arrived, the receptionist was not there. The security guard who had to be marking the person in charge and taking photos of my reservation was very kind. Just a fan. The elevator seems to have a turbo. It goes up and down very sharp. Excellent in cleanliness.
