Good accommodation, comfortable near the beach and there are several places to park for free. The free bus that runs throughout Miami Beach passes in front of the accommodation.

Unable to check in at check in time. Was not sent the codes to enter the property and room at 3pm. Had to call continously for 40 minutes before anyone answered.

First was a little thrown off by condition and sketchy characters in the area - in the end it turned out to be a good stay and cleanliness.

They are accommodating and understanding to my kids with special needs and anything we need.
It is the only thing I want.
For my children to be happy where they are. They said they feel at home. That is awesome:)

The office staff notified me on my second night that we could not have any add’l towels and pointed us to a laundromat and told us this is not a hotel. It was ok but wouldn’t recommend

No hot water my entire trip no parking bad customer service toilet kept clogging towels were stained room smelled like way to much clorox

I was left outside on the street for 2 hours with my suitcases at night because they did not provide me with the access codes to enter the property or my room. They were well aware of my 7pm arrival because in the exchanges they even thanked me for given them a heads up... not the type of neighboohodd you want to be hanging out with your suitcases on the sidewalk....
