Greenview Hotel by Lowkl Reviews

Me and my family were to fly into Miami and stay at Greeview Hotel.Two night before we were to get on our cruise 12 of Feb. But on January 15 -24, My father was in a horrific car accident and now he is paralyzed from the hips down,so when I called to cancel my hotel , and sent all the documents they wanted, they were not going to refund me for a medical emergency.

Great location for the money, but sub-par and not as nice as the pictures may look.

The room is very small, and it is quite noisy at night. It can only be said that it is relatively close to the exhibition hall, the only advantage

Good location but we didn't have any cleaning days

When we called the property to make changes to our reservation they were unwilling to help and directed us back to ******* to request a change. ******* was unwilling to make adjustments causing us to either cancel or change our plans to suit ******* and the hotel. It didn’t even sound like the hotel had a record of our reservation through *******. Very bad service will never book through ******* or this hotel again.

Clerk said he would get us a ride to harbor…did not mention it was a hired service that cost $85 dollars for 4 mile ride. Ripped off!

Great location, the room was very clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is amazing. The only thing is that after certain time there is no staff at the lobby

The room was as advertised, very clean. Close proximity to the beach, amenities were good. Definitely a nice place to stay.

The room was very clean and the decor was cute and all brand new. The bed was comfortable with great pillows, I had a great nights sleep. The TV was a Roku tv and had all the apps pre logged in which was a nice touch. The only down sides were that the elevator was broken and I was on the 3rd floor, however the person there (not sure if he was a manager but seemed like one) named Francisco was very helpful and carried my bags up for me. The other down side was that they were in the process of installing the new TV in the room while I was there. The first night I had to use my laptop for TV, which isn't a huge deal but just a slight inconvenience when you're paying. I was told to let them know when I was leaving and they would have someone come to install the TV, however the guy came around 10am while I was still getting dressed for the day without any warning. Neither of these were terrible incidences but without a bar or anything in the hotel they weren't able to offer anything to me for the inconvenience. Overall very nice staff and very clean, great value for money.

Look through the windows only big and high wall. It's a nightmare at the first night, my husband woke up at 3am to go to bathroom and found a roach crawling on his wearing shirt. Then tomorrow morning we complaint at the front and asking them to clean a room. A guy at the front said usually no cleaning until three days. I showed him the picture of a roach in the room and said that's why this causes the animal happen to the room. Then he said to ask the cleaner to clean the room by 5pm. We came back after 5pm and everything was the same no cleaning. We are so disappointed to pay $489.81 for two nights. We expected to find the reasonable accommodation and fit to the price. By the way, the area is convenient for dining and walking.

Property did not accepted ******* reservation and we have to make fresh reservation at 10pm, standing out side on road.

The weather was amazing and so was the hotel. The staff was nice and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Two blocks from the beach and everything else. You don’t even need a car staying at this location

The only issue we have was that there is no daily cleaning for the room. But we must say that the stuff is very nice.
