If you have never visited Milan, Italy, you might want to give it a thought. And if you do decide to go, consider staying at the Sheraton Milan San Siro. Even though this hotel is located just inside a big city, it is surrounded by green spaces. Beautifully updated and decorated, refreshing, clean and pleasantly relaxing would be my description of this property. I especially enjoyed the views of the garden from the bar area. The staff at the hotel completes the perfect picture of an amazing stay. From the moment I arrived and was greeted at the front desk by Francesco, till my departure seven days later, the staff went above and beyond to insure I had a wonderful experience. Thank you Francesco for all your help, suggestions, kindness and for making me feel welcome. You are a dedicated and admirable person and I am delighted to see someone like you working in the tourism industry. In addition, I would like to recognize Fernando, who assisted me with my luggage, offered suggestions for things to do and places to visit and answered a multitude of tourist type questions. I appreciate your help, patience and your smile and wish you all the best in your future with the Sheraton. Conveniently located in the hotel, is a very nice bar and restaurant. Sometimes the food is excellent and sometimes it isn’t. I ate at the hotel daily and most of the time I enjoyed my meal. Breakfast is outstanding and there are lots of good healthy choices. My advice to future visitors, give it a try ….. and when you do, say hello to Luca at the bar. Luca definitely does his best to make sure you get good service and I for one am thankful for his continued efforts to always give 100% to every guest, no matter how busy he is! I used the gym every day and the equipment and the view are the best you can imagine. I definitely appreciate the maintenance and housekeeping in this area of the hotel. Everything worked perfectly and there was always clean towels, water and cleaning wipes. Generally speaking, the housekeeping at the Sheraton Marriott San Siro is outstanding. Since I am a Lifetime Titanium member with Marriott, I can assure you that I understand good housekeeping and this hotel has achieved a very high level of consistency in this area. Congratulations on a job well done. There are many helpful people who work at this hotel, unfortunately I can’t mention every person I came in contact with, but I do want to say thank you to Jessica at the front desk for her shopping suggestions. Most women all over the world appreciate good shopping advice and without Jessica’s suggestions I would have missed one the the best opportunities of my trip! Good service at reception. Had a problem with a room and it was changed. Comfy pillows: one sof and one hard. Relatively close to San Siro Stadium. Extra costs for breakfast or parking. Shower în bathroom. Air conditioning when working up to 26 degrees Celsius.

Wonderful place to stay in! The hotel is comfortable and nice, staff is very, very friendly and the rooms are clean. The rooms have lovely balconies. Soundproofing was bad though - I could hear everything happening in the corridor. Also there was a (locked) door leading from my room to the one next to me and when my ”neighbour” was taking a shower or watching TV, I could hear everything so well that I woke up one morning my shower was on. The location is bit weird, but worth the train ride and walk.

So we went to Milan to watch the football at San Siro stadum and this hotel was perfect for the price. It is in an industrial location however there are resturants close should need to find somewhere to eat or have a drink. It is easy to get around and to get into Milan by using the buses and tram and all you need to do is download the ATM to get a ticket and it will work out how to get to where you need to be. Hotel is modern and very clean. Brewakfast was nice with selection of cold meats, cheese, bread, eggs, bacon, cereals, pastries and fruit. For the price I was impressed and would definitely stay here again if I visted again.

The Klima hotel is absolutely lovely. The service was wonderful, all of the staff were polite and friendly and we got a”Bonjourno!”or a “Ciao!” every time we passed. The room was spacious and the bed was huge! The shower was powerful and everywhere very clean. The location is within an industrial estate but the bus stop is a 5 minute walk, the tram stop is a 10 min walk, and the local train station is a 15 minutes walk, with a Milano card, this was great. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Just a word: I'm a shit! I have sleeped a night in this hostel for need (with two friends fortunately!!), an experience I don't advise anyone. At first the girl who checked in told us “it's a 50s hostel, so wait for this,” we thought at the beginning it was ironical but it was really like that. It was still in the 50s for the CLEASE speech. The structure is decadent, dirty. A room on the ground floor, half-stop door, “balcony” connecting to all the other rooms with door that is directly on the traffic without even a tent (so they could see inside)!!! The beds were linen, no couchs (and I have to say less bad, because I used the towels they provide you...). To do not mention the bathrooms with unexisting cleaning: washing boxes, bathrooms with no key to close, and on 5, 4 was without toilet paper. I did not do the shower for fear of the conditions in which it was. Well, I and my friends have laughed not to cry, but it would be a place to look again or close, given the price you ask for a night!!

Overall, the service is okay. It takes about 25 minutes to get there by subway from the Central Railway Station. The hotel is next to Line 5, and overall it feels okay. The breakfast in the hotel is also good, overall praise.

A few years ago this was Mini Hotel Portello, very known among conventioneers heading to Milan Expo. Recently it has been acquired by B&B Hotels. Husband and myself spent there six days during our house renovation, we are very pleased about our staying. We got an updated room, spacious and bright, overlooking Via Silva; we were on third floor and never were annoyed by traffic nor by noise from street. There is storage space enough for an urban stay or short vacation, just one drawer though. Plenty of plugs for your devices, two chairs ( no sofa nor armchair - in Milan space is very precious!!). Bathroom was ample, well appointed, but a bit dated - very clean though. Room was serviced every day, I would say it was sparkling clean. We loved their buffet breakfast/so called ”Better than brunch”, they offer choices for everyone, gluten free and vegan included. The ”Sweet corner” had brioches,muffins, donuts and different cakes that were constantly replenished. At the ”Salty corner” we enjoyed Leerdammer and Brie cheese, assorted salami (Parma included) , scrambled eggs and wurstel. Of course there were freshly baked different kinds of bread, jam, Nutella, yoghurt and assorted cereals, milk , tea , a coffee machine (so so expresso for us Italians!!) and fresh orange juice. Definitely that good breakfast display can keep you going until dinner time!! B&B offers also a small bar and ”shop” with essentials such us ”forgotten” toiletries,bags of chips, shortbreads , sodas , bottles of water and, I believe, a few choices of wine. At walking distance - less than 5 minutes - there are two underground stations with different lines, you can reach Duomo square in twenty minutes! At walking distance,10 minutes, you can reach Citylife centre that offers many restaurants and various shops. A convenient supermarket is nearby as well. Highly reccomended

I stayed here for 3 days while at a conference at the MiCo - I couldn't get any closer because the conference was on at the same time as Fashion Week, the Grand Prix and the European Basketball championships. I enjoyed it here - it wasn't a hotel, more of a motel but that didn't matter - the rooms were hotel-like and the restaurant was better than many hotels I have stayed at, and I usually stay at pretty good hotels. I actually ate at the hotel restaurant for three nights. Breakfast was pretty good too Staff were really friendly - my only issue was that the hotel is not within walking distance of much else - normally this is not a problem but getting a taxi could be tricky (for the reasons given above) - the hotel did take me to the local metro (which is a few miles away) once and that was fine - there is actually a shuttle bus to the metro The Silver would be perfect if driving through, and I would say pretty good any other time if you need to get to the MiCo/City centre. It is also close to the San Siro. Much cheaper than a city center hotel as well I suspect
