酒店環境很好，樓下花園可以玩雪拍照。入住時免費升級了套房，房間很舒服、很大，酒店是地熱供暖，好暖和，室內可以穿短袖了！早餐的小米粥和肉包都很好吃！前台服務和清潔阿姨都非常熱情，很不錯的體驗！👍👍👍

應該是北極村裡很好的酒店，不過衹適合自駕客人，它離村子至少有3公里。北極村7.25號以後直接送觀光車票，衹要買門票。
房間空間很高，整體規模還不錯，就是設施比較老，廁所地漏漏水，還有很多小強。。。。自助早餐，聊勝於無吧。。。自駕遊客人一定要提前和酒店聯繫把車牌號報過去，村子才讓進去。
另外，漠河那幾天白天居然有32℃，酒店沒空調就算了，連個電扇也沒有，睡得一身汗，熱死了。到半夜才涼快一些。

房間滿大也滿乾淨的，設施也齊全，服務很熱情，就是有點小貴，或許這是北極村裡的特色吧，好歹是可以安心睡覺！

房間很大，晚上睡覺很安靜。停車非常的方便，白天太陽直射房間還是很熱的，想要空調的慎選當然夜晚是非常涼爽的。

我是從北京一直騎摩託車到北極村的 提前預訂這裏的酒店 是我住過景區裏的酒店最好的之一 酒店周圍的景色也非常好 停車很方便 服務人員也特別好 很周到 房間很大 乾淨舒適

優點：酒店停車場很大，還有充電樁對電車自駕還是很友好的。房間傢俱全是歐式風格，床上用品乾淨衞生。酒店前台服務員態度和藹可親，還幫忙拿行李箱帶到房間。早餐一般，種類不是太多但管飽！缺點：1、房間衹有三個插頭，一個在電視櫃（電視要用，燒水壺用），一個在衞生間（吹風機用），還有一個在牆上（是三頭插座）。想兩個人一起手機充電都困難！2、衞生間太小，淋浴設計不合理，一淋浴全衞生間都是水！3、早上7點30分客房服務員就敲門來做衞生了（第一次遇到如此“勤快”的服務員，雖然天亮的早但也不至於7點30分就讓我退房吧）4、房間的網絡實在是太垃圾了，根本沒法用，衹能用流量，房間電視也不能收看節目！

酒店座落在北極村景區內，自駕車輛可以進入開到酒店的停車場，不過先要買門票和景區觀光車票（晚上也有值班人員）。酒店的裝潢大氣，房間面積較大。酒店的服務熱情，來酒店那天我們是雨天晚到，前台人員主動聯繫已經下班的廚師，為我們提供了美味可口的晚餐。可能是酒店裝潢的時間較久，部分房間有嚴重難聞的下水道味。經過用塑料袋封排水口、開窗、排氣、才能勉強忍受（當天滿房無法換房）。
