Cosy, warm friendly family hotel.
Exentric interior and great breakfast buffet.
Monfortinho is great outside the winter i guess, in december its pretty much deserted, but wandering in nature here is great, and its nice and quit.
This hotel i would recommend to anyone in any season.

The staff were great and the breakfast was fantastic. The rooms are dated so just go with the flow and enjoy the walk back in history

Sou hóspede assidua do hotel, desde o inicio de 2020. Já perdi conta às noites que por aqui passei. Um hotel com uma decoração distinta, que nos faz remeter a um passado com muitas lembranças dos viajantes que por ali passam desde a Guerra Civil Espanhola , que devido à proximidade com Espanha, era o refúgio de muitos. Os dias de paz e calma que se fazem sentir, e as noites tranquilas, com muito boas conversas á mistura num ambiente agradável. Quartos aconchegantes, espaços comuns confortáveis, serviços de cozinha e bar merecedores de destaque. Sinto-me bem, sinto-me em casa, sinto-me sempre em família. Pois bem, não posso salientar ninguém em particular, estaria a ser muito injusta... Um hotel excelente para recarregar baterias. Um hotel em que podemos colecionar bons momentos e muito boas memórias.

Muito familiar, excelente comida e instalações. Muito cuidado com o hóspede: cobertores, triplas para carregadores, fresquinhos com sabão. piscina e bar da piscina incrível, quartos espaçosos, decoração incrível

Li muitos comentários e concordo com a maioria. Sítio muito simpático, com ambiente familiar. Destaco a dona Maria do Céu e a Patrícia. A piscina é ótima, o buffet de refeições foi muito bom e os quartos são simpáticos. Utilizámos um voucher sem qualquer problema. Gostámos muito. Obrigado por tudo.

Serviço excepcional. Desde a entrada até ao check out. Não podíamos ter sido melhor atendidos, aqui com um especial destaque pasa o colaborador João Simões que foi de uma simpatia e eficiência de excelência. Quartos confortáveis, restaurante muito agradável e comida de qualidade superior a muito restaurante que já frequentei. O único defeito que encontrei foi ser apenas de 2 estrelas. Merecia no mínimo 4.
