Best Western Ville-Marie Montreal Hotel Suites Reviews

I enjoyed my stay in best western Ville Marie Hotel, Peel Street, Montreal Canada. It was clean and the staff in the reception area were helpful. The room beddings smells good and clean. My room was always clean.

Next door talking wake me up at 1:00am. I am not blaming them, because the rooms between feel like just a paper board. No wall at all.

Nice hotel in downtown, near subway

Booked it for visa application, very close to the visa center. Good location

The location of the hotel is very good, just near dt, there are subway stations and buses downstairs, suitable for friends who travel to Montreal, the overall environment of the hotel is good, the front desk service is enthusiastic, the lights inside the room are less dim, and the curtains cannot be closed, only blackout curtains, The thick curtains are decorations, the hotel is close to the street, and there is a lot of noise in the morning

OK, good location

Hygiene is average, there is hair on the bed and gray in the bathroom. The hotel does not have its own parking space, the car has to be parked in the opposite building, it costs 20 Canadian dollars a night, I feel that the price is not high

Comfortable, clean, recommend to friends

Only issue was the heat in the building. It being a mild weekend in February, the heat was still on in the hotel so rooms were very hot. Some difficulty gettin windows open.

I think it was fine considering the time of year. 1 set of the main entrance doors did not work, and salt all over but again, time of year

Fabulous place to stay, Peter at the front desk is exceptional. His co-partner Sam is also excellent. They make your stay so much more comfortable without a doubt best place to stay in Montreal.

great place. staff was super polite. as an ex montrealer , the hospitality made me proud. these folks know customer service.

Pretty nice hotel Conveniently located a block away from the metro. Clean rooms with very nice staff. Parking was quite expensive and there was no free breakfast or coffee in the lobby, which was a downside.

Staff are very accommodating and location is very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.
