We have an attached 900 sq foot in-law apartment with a private entrance. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room, and kitchenette. Sleeps 4 (we can provide bedding for the couch if necessary, but it is NOT a pull out couch. We can also provide air mattresses for additional sleeping). Bedroom 2 has a queen size Murphy Bed. Please let us know if you would like it pulled down for a bed or left up as a couch/sitting room. Easy access to the area's many golf courses, biking and walking trails, parks, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. Hot tub, outdoor dinning, and fire pit areas available. This apartment *IS* attached to our main house, but there is a separate, private entrance for you and your guests to come and go. The kitchenette has a two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, countertop convection oven, and a Keurig coffee maker (there is no dishwasher however). There is a washer/dryer unit. And the shower is *amazing*!! Almost like a car wash. The Mulligan House in Pinehurst is located in the middle of several different golf resorts. It is only a 5 minute drive to Pinehurst resort and the village of Pinehurst and 6 mins from downtown Southern Pines. You are only a hop away from all restaurants and several pubs. There are 3 breweries that are minutes from the house. You can play golf during the day, have a bite to eat, have a drink at one of the pubs then relax in the big hot tub surrounded by lights. Property is private but convenient to everything. Property has plenty of room to accommodate 1 person to groups of 12-15 guests depending on your preferences. The living room has ample space and a 55 inch smart tv with the Golf channel/network. The Property consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master located on the first floor has a king bed and tv.
