Never before, no reviews were left, the worse, but here the situation is forced to do the opposite. Having looked at the reviews of this hotel and the photos decided to book a room for 5 days through the site, the tariff plan ”confidential choice” (without the possibility of cancelling the booking), the site was able to either make a prepayment, or to implement a ”bank card guarantee” with subsequent payment on the spot. We chose 2 options, all the conditions provided on the site were complied with, arrived and paid the full cost. We were settled in room 7. Having settled, they found a rather unclean room, problems with the plumbing in the bathroom (water in the shelter was not merged, the showers were completely broken), which were reported to the administrator, decided not to spoil the evening and to go to the meeting of the hotel staff, who said that in the morning everything would be removed. But in the morning we were waiting for another unpleasant surprise, opening the closet, and saw a cockroach crawling over the coats provided by the hotel (I would like to note that we didn't have time to place our things in the closet, they stood in the suitcase at the entrance). This fact was the last drop to stay in a hotel called hotel 4*, while in fact not providing services corresponding to this category, was not desired. We have told the administrator about all this, we also said that we understand that this tariff provided for a discount and we are ready to pay these days in full, but we do not want to live with them any more, because there is no guarantee, That there are no cockroaches in other rooms (we were offered to move to another room). On what the administrator told us that the cockroaches you brought yourself, as there were no complaints earlier (at the same time it turned out later that they had problems with this and the day before the disinsection was carried out! ) and what can go to us for a meeting and return money for 3 days, but at the same time they hold a fine of the cost of the day, as we reported cancellation of the booking in less than 24 hours. What cancellation of the guys' booking??? We have complied with all the arrangements and payments and we have not provided the conditions for which we have paid. Where is our fault? We have been told that nothing can help anymore. Very sad when you choose a good hotel, and there apologize worse than in hostels (((and at the same time also such attitude, as well as for the unprovided service do not return money. The feeling that these programs at this hotel with ”unreturned” tariffs are specially done!!! After all, in such an approach it is possible to give at all any number not only with non-working equipment and cockroaches!!!

The room and location were absolutely great. Everything was nice and clean. However, we were quite disappointed with the service and competence of some of the staff. We had a booking for 2 adults with 2 breakfasts. When we arrived, first, they couldn't find out booking, then they found the booking but said it was only for 1 person. Then suddenly they found that it was for 2 persons but that it was without breakfast, then when I started contacting Trip.com they suddenly found that it indeed was with 2 breakfasts. The next day, when we went to the breakfast, they let us in, but then the staff started chasing us in the breakfast hall saying that we hadn't paid. Then they contacted the reception and confirmed that we indeed had paid. The experience was really not appreciated.

Hotel is very and very good! Rooms are spacious, with chic views, all dressed, all whole, clean, perfect, towels, coats and bed linen of the highest quality and cleanest. Individual topic: breakfast. Having about a hundred other hotels in its arsenal, breakfast in Radison is likely the best. There is no unpleasant dish. Grimmed, mushroomed, detox water, gluten-free food, fruit, dessert, coffee and tea all interpretations, salads, fish, hot, pancakes, eggs of all kinds, and cherry on cake: salmon and cheese. I would like to note all the staff separately: very kind, responsive, kind. A beautiful atmosphere of the team feels and it is transferred to guests.
