We chose 2 options, all the conditions provided on the site were complied with, arrived and paid the full cost. We were settled in room 7. Having settled, they found a rather unclean room, problems with the plumbing in the bathroom (water in the shelter was not merged, the showers were completely broken), which were reported to the administrator, decided not to spoil the evening and to go to the meeting of the hotel staff, who said that in the morning everything would be removed. But in the morning we were waiting for another unpleasant surprise, opening the closet, and saw a cockroach crawling over the coats provided by the hotel (I would like to note that we didn't have time to place our things in the closet, they stood in the suitcase at the entrance). This fact was the last drop to stay in a hotel called hotel 4*, while in fact not providing services corresponding to this category, was not desired. We have told the administrator about all this, we also said that we understand that this tariff provided for a discount and we are ready to pay these days in full, but we do not want to live with them any more, because there is no guarantee, That there are no cockroaches in other rooms (we were offered to move to another room). On what the administrator told us that the cockroaches you brought yourself, as there were no complaints earlier (at the same time it turned out later that they had problems with this and the day before the disinsection was carried out! ) and what can go to us for a meeting and return money for 3 days, but at the same time they hold a fine of the cost of the day, as we reported cancellation of the booking in less than 24 hours. What cancellation of the guys' booking??? We have complied with all the arrangements and payments and we have not provided the conditions for which we have paid. Where is our fault? We have been told that nothing can help anymore.
