On previous trips to Phuket, I always stayed in Patong, so this was my first time staying at Nai Harn Beach. It's located almost at the southernmost tip of Phuket, quite secluded, but the beach itself is excellent. Although not particularly long, the water is crystal clear and blue, the sand is fine, and there aren't many tourists, making it a perfect beach to just relax. The Nai Harn Resort is built into the hillside, so almost all rooms offer sea views. Our room this time had a large terrace where we could lie on the daybed, soak up the sun and sea breeze, and enjoy the stunning beach scenery – it was incredibly relaxing. The room facilities were great, and the size was generous, complete with a bathtub and a sofa. The sofa was perfectly suitable as a small bed for a child, and when our child asked to sleep there, the staff provided sheets and bedding free of charge. The restaurant faces the sea, and the breakfast selection was quite diverse. The pool isn't huge, but thankfully, it wasn't crowded. Every morning and afternoon, they would intermittently offer a small glass of smoothie. Sitting on a sun lounger by the pool, facing the sea, reading a book or just zoning out – this kind of peace is something Patong Beach can't offer. However, it's true that it's not as convenient as Patong; there are only a few scattered small restaurants around the resort. The small convenience stores aren't 24-hour either, making dining and shopping a bit inconvenient. Moreover, our stay coincided with elevator maintenance at the hotel. We had requested a room closer to the elevator upon check-in but weren't informed about this situation. When it rained and we had to stay in the room, we had to endure the construction noise. On the day of check-out, we discussed this with the hotel, and they offered a complimentary one-hour couple's spa as compensation. Overall, from the scenery and environment to the hardware facilities, this has been the most comfortable stay we've had in Phuket so far.

imjennywThe staff here are all very friendly and extremely enthusiastic. We especially appreciate Rach's proactive and friendly service.
Although the lobby is a bit far from the rooms and we had to call the front desk every time we went out or came back, the shuttle service arrived very quickly and never delayed us. Even when we returned late, there were always staff members on standby to drive us back to our room immediately.
The hotel provides shuttle services to and from the Old Town and Central Festival. It would be even better if we could take the shuttle to the Old Town and then be picked up from Central Festival on the return trip.
The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was excellent, though the water pressure was a bit weak.
The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again!

Rus_TamWe stayed in superior room No. 2507 in May 2026. Overall, the impressions were positive. The room is in good condition, everything shines and sparkles. 2 king size beds, semi-hard mattresses, 2 pillows each, a bedside table, a lamp between them. The TV is not a big Samsung, not a smart TV. The refrigerator is small, without a freezer. It contains paid nuts, beer, water. 2 bottles of water, sugar, tea, coffee, cream, 2 cups, 2 glasses, a kettle - the standard set of each hotel. Balcony with access to the jungle, with dryer, 2 plastic. armchairs, a table, and an unpleasantly humming air conditioning fan unit. This is a minus. The built-in air conditioner with controls on the wall blew where it was needed - not on the bed! The downside is that there is a door to the adjoining room; you can hear perfectly well what is going on with your neighbors. The toilet is standard with a hygienic shower. The shower room is large with a rain shower head on top. The pressure is strong, hot water comes out almost immediately, which is a definite plus for the hotel. It was a little dark in the washbasin, and I had to go out to the mirror and go into the room to shave. There is also not enough light in the room. Thais invariably create evening intimate twilight😁.
The door is locked with an electronic lock and 2 key cards are issued. We had a reservation without meals. But according to stories, the food on the Chanalai network is not even bad. They provide 3 towels, including a beach towel.
There are 2 swimming pools. There are jets of Jacuzzi hydromassage with good pressure. Second pool on the roof. Everything in the pools is great, only for children. Depth 1.1 meters. Swimming is very difficult, your feet constantly touch the bottom! There is no territory. The building is shaped like the Russian letter P, and the same shape is the pool with sun loungers and a bar. We checked in at 13-00, offering welcome ice cream and a sweet drink. Opposite the hotel there are a number of fruit outlets, a restaurant and a minimart store. 500 meters to the nearest seven/11. And 900 meters to the beach.
There is a one-time transfer to the Jangceylon shopping center in Patong, we took advantage of it on a rainy day. Markets and retail chains in Patong, unlike Karon, are very developed.
Summary: not a bad 3 or 4 star hotel, it’s up to you to decide. The downside is the depth of the pools.

The hotel's location and environment are excellent. It's nestled in a small alley, and there are plenty of dining options right outside. Across the street is the beach. The hotel staff are very welcoming, and I especially want to thank Sindee at the front desk. She was always the first to help us resolve any issues we encountered during our stay. However, I did notice that the cleaning staff seemed to treat guests differently. My parents' room required multiple reminders over two consecutive days before it was cleaned. Sindee quickly helped sort that out. There's also a Thai guy named Kevin at the front desk who was very helpful. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and the experience was great. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

This hotel was amazing, it was infront of the beach and had amazing rooms and staff. Everybody was quick to help with anything and we wished we could’ve stayed longer for sure. This hotel was quite family friendly as well!
If you’re looking for a place to relax a bit away from the center this is the place. Me and my friends just wanted to enjoy the beach and relax so we chose this place a bit further away from town. However it’s just 20-30 min away from town so it’s not that far.
The breakfast buffet was amazing! So many options, both American and Thai breakfast.

Guest UserThe overall environment here is truly exceptional, nestled amidst beautiful gardens with a private beach where you can forage for seafood in the evenings, though there isn't a huge bounty. The 'Cute Pet Park' from 9:00-10:00 AM and 4:00-5:00 PM is perfect for kids, featuring large tortoises, the opportunity to hold and feed small rabbits, bottle-feed piglets, and even feed parrots that crack sunflower seeds. The staff are incredibly proactive, constantly handing you various feeds and milk bottles. The swimming pool is massive, and the rooms with pool access look fantastic – definitely something to try next time.
On the downside, the pool and other activities close a bit too early. The hotel is also a bit far from the city center, so once the pool closes in the evening, there's not much to do if you don't go out. There are no lifeguards at the pool throughout the day, so you're responsible for your own safety while swimming and playing, although the water depth is only 1.5 meters.
Additionally, while they advertise many activities, all water facilities and most activities require an extra charge. These prices are also a bit higher than other hotels, so you can pick and choose what you'd like to participate in.

The location is fantastic, making it super easy to get around. It's right in a shopping district and really close to the beach, yet it's surprisingly quiet at night, so we slept wonderfully. The two rooms were perfect for our family. The pool was also great and we had a lovely time.

Budget Hotel - Good for Short Stay but Overpriced for what it is.
This hotel is very basic for the price and I found prices fluctuate alot on this hotel During low season. I found for the price there are better hotels in the area thats even closer to the beach with more amenities.
RESTAURANT & POOL AREA
The pool area is beautiful and during my stay here the pool area was always neat and tidy with a small in-house restaurant on tue right.
BREAKFASTS
The breakfast menu is basic but suitable and in accordance with the price. I enjoyed the plain breakfasts and warm hospitality
ROOM SERVICE
Daily room service is available at this hotel. Water and coffee with sugar and tea is provided in the rooms. I was given a welcome drink on arrival in a wooden cup. It was lovely. Room will not be cleaned or water replaced unless you ask for it.
ROOMS
If you stay here I recommend the rooms with the pool view. The City view isn't so great.
Rooms are large with a little more compact bathroom but amazing baths but in my room the water pressure wasn't so great. The geysers is on controlled temperature. The water doesnt get boiling hot here. But its a good temperature
The room is comfortable and if curtains are closed its rather dark. Furnished with dark wooden furniture but comfortable bed and smart tv where you can stream on your own subscription. I liked that.
You will have:
Fridge
Kettle, cups and glasses
Plenty of packing and cupboard space
Bed side Tables and lamps
Towels
Bedding was comfortable
AIRCONDITIONING
Mine was a little noisy but not intolerable and cooled nicely but had a little leak, be careful if the floor is wet its insanely slippery so use the bath mat. Aircons are very old.
LOCATION
The hotel is on a hill so to walk to the nearby shops and such can be a mission but they do have bike rentals at THB180 and a shuttle bus that takes you one way to the beach round 11 daily and coning back will be at your own cost.
I felt it was a little far from all the major attractions and that it is in need of renovation especially outside paint work areas. The overall hotel is good I just felt for its location, basic menu, and old furnishings with the busy and sometimes noisy restaurants that its a kittle overpriced for what it actually is.
PESTS
Hotel has a serious ant problem. I am neat and tidy and nothing worked ants took over my room. Also get a mosquito 🦟 repellent as you next to a lake and the mozzies here are like little dragons.
I do recommend this hotel but consider your surroundings and rent a bike for traveling around then it will be a comfortable stay.
DEPOSIT
The hotel requests a 500Baht Deposit or they hold your passport.

Spectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing.
Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.
