Guest UserStayed one night from June 27th to 28th. The Naiharn Resort boasts an excellent location, nestled at the foot of the hill next to Nai Harn Beach, with its buildings cascading from the first to the ninth floor, reaching halfway up the mountain. Facing the resort, the sea is an inviting blue, while lush green trees line the back of the hill. The white buildings are tiered along the coastline, creating a truly magnificent sight! The pool isn't huge, but being able to overlook the ocean while swimming is wonderfully comfortable and relaxing. At night, the large platform bar lights a bonfire, and under the dim light, gazing at the distant stars and hazy moonlight feels like a dream. Breakfast offers a good variety – fewer options but exquisite and uniquely flavored. The rooms are clean, hygienic, and well-equipped.
However, there were some drawbacks. The air conditioning noise was too loud, and the front desk staff provided discriminatory service. When we booked through the platform, we specifically requested a high-floor room with an unobstructed view, not a corner room. Yet, upon arrival, after some whispering among themselves, they gave us room 816 on the side of the hotel, where a water tower obstructed the view. When we raised our concerns, they claimed there were no empty rooms left on the 8th floor. We then asked about the 9th floor, and they said that was also fully occupied. We insisted on changing rooms, and they asked, 'What if you don't change rooms?' We replied that if we couldn't change, we'd cancel our booking and find another place. Seeing our firm stance, the staff member made a hushed phone call and then offered room 905 on the 9th floor. We accepted, and only after moving in did we realize that room 905 offered arguably the best sea view. We were puzzled why they would initially give us such a poor room when 905 was clearly available.
Another small detail at breakfast also bothered us significantly. The staff served us coffee in two glass cups, but for European and American guests, they brought an entire set with a coffee pot on a tray. Service is reflected in the details. Guests pay the same amount, and the hotel has an obligation, and guests have the right, to receive equal and non-discriminatory service. We sincerely hope the hotel management provides proper training to the front desk staff to improve their overall professionalism. We truly wish for The Naiharn Resort to continue improving and become a hotel that guests genuinely cherish and look forward to.

imjennywThe staff here are all very friendly and extremely enthusiastic. We especially appreciate Rach's proactive and friendly service.
Although the lobby is a bit far from the rooms and we had to call the front desk every time we went out or came back, the shuttle service arrived very quickly and never delayed us. Even when we returned late, there were always staff members on standby to drive us back to our room immediately.
The hotel provides shuttle services to and from the Old Town and Central Festival. It would be even better if we could take the shuttle to the Old Town and then be picked up from Central Festival on the return trip.
The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was excellent, though the water pressure was a bit weak.
The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again!

AKA任性的人My stay at this MGallery hotel was absolutely perfect; every detail was meticulously handled, making it undoubtedly a top choice for a luxurious getaway in Karon Beach. The hotel beautifully blends Phuket's Southern Nanyang retro design, with the lobby and corridors adorned with exquisite artistic details that are perfect for photos. The atmosphere is serene and upscale, a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of Patong, ideal for guests looking to truly relax.
The guest rooms are spacious and come with large private balconies, offering views of the mountains or the Andaman Sea as soon as you open the windows. The rooms are fully equipped with bathtubs and premium amenities, and the bedding is soft with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a superb quality of rest. The resort facilities are comprehensive, featuring two outdoor swimming pools with a poolside bar where you can order cocktails while swimming. There's also an award-winning spa, a fitness center, and a kids' play area, making it suitable for both couples and families. The dining options are extensive, with a diverse buffet breakfast offering both Thai and Western dishes. Dining at the poolside restaurant while enjoying the view is incredibly pleasant.
The location is another big plus. It's within walking distance of Karon Beach, and close to night markets, restaurants, and convenience stores, making it easy to get around and shop. All the staff provide attentive and thoughtful service; the check-in and check-out process is smooth, and they proactively offer recommendations for local activities. Overall, there are no noticeable shortcomings – the environment, facilities, service, and views are all top-notch, providing a complete holiday experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Phuket.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their exceptional attention to detail—they were friendly, thoughtful, and always one step ahead in making sure guests felt comfortable.
The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering a great balance of comfort and functionality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt premium.
The hotel’s facilities are top-notch—modern, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. I especially enjoyed the game room, which was a fun and unexpected bonus. It’s perfect for relaxing or spending time with friends and family.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern place to stay with excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

This is rather difficult in that the resort is excellent, the food was really good and the service very good but…..through Trip we booked a premium sea view room which was shown in the booking as a large room with full sea views, a double sun lounger on the balcony, a sofa and a walk in wardrobe. Ours had none of the above and indeed the room faced the back of the resort cafe! We politely mentioned this and was told the premium rooms were full - not great considering we booked ours several months ago. We were given a really nice upgrade for night 2 but obv only being there 2 nights we feel a little let down on the quality of night 1 and the money we paid.

I recently stayed at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery during my trip to Phuket, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the Patong area but slightly away from the busy streets, which makes it quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Because the hotel sits on a hill, the view is beautiful, especially in the morning and evening.
Another convenient point is that there is a 7-Eleven just about 3–5 minutes walk from the hotel, which makes it easy to grab snacks, drinks, or small essentials anytime.
One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast — there was a great variety and everything tasted very good. The hotel also has three swimming pools, each with a different vibe, so there is always a nice spot to relax.
What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the staff. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly polite and welcoming. They would greet us warmly every time they saw us — morning, afternoon, or night — which made the stay feel very personal and comfortable, almost like being at home.
I would also like to give a special thank you to one of the staff members who helped us during an unexpected situation. We had a small accident with a rental motorbike and fell down near the hotel entrance. The hotel security immediately came to assist us and checked if we were okay. Later, the staff even asked what time we would return so they could help clean our wounds if needed. That level of care was truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, we had rented a motorbike from a rental shop located directly in front of the hotel, and after the incident they tried to charge us 12,000 baht for a very small scratch on the bike. We approached the hotel staff for help, and they kindly assisted us in communicating with the shop. They told us the price was not reasonable and helped negotiate it down to 5,000 baht. They also informed us that we could report the issue to the police since the rental contract was not clearly written.
In the end, we decided to pay the 5,000 baht just to save time, but we were very grateful that the hotel staff supported us and helped reduce the amount significantly.
I would like to warn future travelers to be cautious when renting motorbikes from the shop located directly in front of the hotel, as the charges may not be reasonable.
Overall, the hotel itself is excellent — beautiful views, great facilities, amazing breakfast, and truly outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery again on my next trip to Phuket.

The service attitude was excellent, especially Nance. Every front desk and staff member I encountered was warm and very friendly. I didn't experience any of the discrimination or preferential treatment towards Chinese guests mentioned in some reviews. Perhaps those who did had limited English proficiency and struggled with communication. If you have a basic understanding of English, you shouldn't have any issues.
The room was a medium size, and the hardware facilities were good. Toiletries were provided, and the hygiene was excellent. The water was clean, not yellow, and there was plenty of hot water. The location is just okay (but the room rate was cheap). It's about a ten-minute walk to the beach and five minutes to the nearest 7-Eleven.
The downside is that the soundproofing isn't great. If you're unlucky, the room next door might play loud music in the middle of the night, disturbing your sleep.
Also, everyone, be careful of the bed frame! Don't kick it when you walk past! On the first day of my stay, I accidentally stubbed my toe, and my toenail even lifted up. Please be careful!

Budget Hotel - Good for Short Stay but Overpriced for what it is.
This hotel is very basic for the price and I found prices fluctuate alot on this hotel During low season. I found for the price there are better hotels in the area thats even closer to the beach with more amenities.
RESTAURANT & POOL AREA
The pool area is beautiful and during my stay here the pool area was always neat and tidy with a small in-house restaurant on tue right.
BREAKFASTS
The breakfast menu is basic but suitable and in accordance with the price. I enjoyed the plain breakfasts and warm hospitality
ROOM SERVICE
Daily room service is available at this hotel. Water and coffee with sugar and tea is provided in the rooms. I was given a welcome drink on arrival in a wooden cup. It was lovely. Room will not be cleaned or water replaced unless you ask for it.
ROOMS
If you stay here I recommend the rooms with the pool view. The City view isn't so great.
Rooms are large with a little more compact bathroom but amazing baths but in my room the water pressure wasn't so great. The geysers is on controlled temperature. The water doesnt get boiling hot here. But its a good temperature
The room is comfortable and if curtains are closed its rather dark. Furnished with dark wooden furniture but comfortable bed and smart tv where you can stream on your own subscription. I liked that.
You will have:
Fridge
Kettle, cups and glasses
Plenty of packing and cupboard space
Bed side Tables and lamps
Towels
Bedding was comfortable
AIRCONDITIONING
Mine was a little noisy but not intolerable and cooled nicely but had a little leak, be careful if the floor is wet its insanely slippery so use the bath mat. Aircons are very old.
LOCATION
The hotel is on a hill so to walk to the nearby shops and such can be a mission but they do have bike rentals at THB180 and a shuttle bus that takes you one way to the beach round 11 daily and coning back will be at your own cost.
I felt it was a little far from all the major attractions and that it is in need of renovation especially outside paint work areas. The overall hotel is good I just felt for its location, basic menu, and old furnishings with the busy and sometimes noisy restaurants that its a kittle overpriced for what it actually is.
PESTS
Hotel has a serious ant problem. I am neat and tidy and nothing worked ants took over my room. Also get a mosquito 🦟 repellent as you next to a lake and the mozzies here are like little dragons.
I do recommend this hotel but consider your surroundings and rent a bike for traveling around then it will be a comfortable stay.
DEPOSIT
The hotel requests a 500Baht Deposit or they hold your passport.

Spectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing.
Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.
