Location is right next to the beach. They are short of staff or they are not attentive. Key card was not working and everyday I ***** with others had to go and get it activated again. In room dining was expensive but tasty. Sofa was dirty, there were stains and rust in bathroom. I may or may not stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Juhu, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We weren’t entirely happy about the check-in process as we got assigned to a room which had arrangements for another guest however it was taken care immediately after being addressed. I would like to commend three staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay truly remarkable - The front office ***ager Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Rushikesh from the housekeeping department, and Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge. Rushikesh, from the housekeeping department, deserves special recognition for his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. He consistently went out of his way to fulfill any special requests I had, and his warm and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest. Mr.Abhishek, the ***ager at front office, made a lasting impression with his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to him for the hamper placed in my room. It really made our day. I would also like to mention Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge as his warmth and friendliness created an inviting atmosphere in the lounge, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind Apart from the exceptional service provided by these individuals, the hotel itself was outstanding. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and easily accessible. My experience at Dashanzi is also worth mentioning as I had an impeccable experience there! The entire service team worked flawlessly to make my evening absolutely amazing. In conclusion, my stay at JW Marriott Juhu was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rushikesh, Abhishek, and Vinmesh.

Location is not far from the airport, 20-25 minutes by car. Not in the downtown area, but quiet. The airport pick-up is a bit expensive, Rs. 945. If I take a taxi, I leave the hotel to the airport for 400, which is more than half cheaper. But the service was good, otherwise I did n’t download uber or ola, and it was not easy to find a car by taxi to the hotel, because I was out of the airport. The hotel rooms are nice, the area is not small, the facilities are quite complete, there are toiletries, disposable slippers. The wifi speed is okay, but it is limited to two devices for free. There are many kinds of breakfast, Chinese, Western and Indian. Recommended.

Please never book at least a daycation at this hotel. That was the only reason for our visit. To spend a relaxing day at a pool. Staff training extremely poor. Both check in and check out were extremely slow. The ”set meal” the restaurant ***agers got extremely rude about insisting that it was to be sent to only the room and can't be served at the restaurant after we were seated there. We don't prefer having meals in the room as it leaves a smell lingering for long. Finally after lots of arguments, the hot us a ”biryani” as the the ”set meal”. But it was really just a pot of coloured rice with watery boiled chicken added to the ”non veg” version and nothing at all in the ”veg version”. This is after waiting and arguing for over half an hour. And the seniors on the staff - the ***ager and probably the chief hostess glared at us throughout for insisting we didn't want to eat in the room. The standard room is large enough, well laid out and well maintained. The pool is also really nice, large enough and, clean...but totally abandoned. It's also somewhat cramped with gym equipment strewn around it. Staff there looked bewildered too because we turned up. Guess no one actually uses the pool except perhaps staff. We'd have gone back for the pool and rooms. But definitely won't with the gross untrained, impolite behavior of all staff.

Beautiful ambience with all sorts of picturesque aesthetics including a banyan tree which stands at the center of the hotel .Rooms are clean and spacious with air conditioned providing all amenities like a small fridge, geyser, micro oven, TV ,free wifi etc. Prices are reasonable according to the affluence of Juhu's posh locality. I will recommend 'Hotel beach garden' a must visit place if you are looking for a short gateaway to Juhu. It is located opposite of Juhu Chawapatty .Also I would like to mention about the cordial and warm interaction from aged security guard hailing from Bihar. All in all when you're travelling all the way from different state you wont feel like as such due to their hospitality. They have very helpful service and cordial customer interaction(especially Mr. Zoheb). There was arrangements for Unlimited delicious buffet for complementary breakfast. I have enjoyed with my family staying here for 2 nights and 3 days.
