If you had children it would be great.it is not for old people.s/c was no good,as the food was tasteless.drink at the pool bar £4.30 1/2 pint a cardboard cup. It was far away from places to see. If it rains you get wet entertainment.i would not go back

Hotel very average, biggest annoyance for me is the amount of sunbeds reserved in the morning when there clearly says all round the pool that sunbeds aren’t allowed to be reserved but there isn’t anyone there doing anything about it, also we had our drinks taken by the cleaners, which we managed to get replaced. Food here is expensive and found on the 3 times we ate at the crusty corner the food was undercooked. Probably not somewhere I’d come back to just because of the sunbed thing, being on our last few hours of the trip and nowhere to sit because of the endless blue towels draped over the beds with no one in sight. Don’t have the signs up if your not going to enforce it

Nice hotel, room pretty basic and air-con wouldn’t go below 19 degrees so very hot, we asked if this could be changed but an engineer didn’t arrive as promised by reception. Food was nice and staff in the restaurants were very friendly. Huge queues at the bar in the day and evening was annoying, self serve for soft drinks would have helped

Lovely clean hotel with absolutely everything you need. Staff all super friendly and helpful. Room cleaning excellent and staff always cleaning around the restaurants / hotel. Tui staff amazing with the children and kids loved the entertainment. Beach absolutely stunning and right by the hotel. Plenty of variety of food in the restaurants, something for everyone and lovely location only a short distance in taxi / bus to alcudia or can picafort if you want a day out. Boat trips available and pools well maintained . This hotel is perfect for families with young children.

First visit to this Hotel very impressed every staff member from reception, waiters, chef and cleaning staff very willing to help always had smile on there faces never saw a frown all the time we were there, room clean restaurants had a huge choice of different foods big swimming pool and several more will return

After reading mixed reviews about this hotel i was starting to get slightly anxious. I had absolutley nothing to worry about this hotel and the staff are lovely. The food in the restraunt and the green and grill was always plenty and hot with such a variety. There was always pasta, chips and pizza avalible which was perfect for our children. Breakfast in the restraunt was always fantastic with a good selection. The pool and beautiful clear beach really make this hotel. Our children loved spending time in both. We loved the quiet location away from the busyness. The 324 bus stops down the road from the hotel and doesn't take very long to get to Alcudia strip/Alcudia port for when we wanted to go exploring. The taxi rank is opposite the hotel and was ideal on market day. Over all the hotel is great. The only small niggley things i can think of is the snack bar and drinks selection. We went to the snack bar one day for lunch as they have hotdogs and burgers. It was practically empty and we soon found out why. The food was cold. No ice creams avalible only ice lollies which usually being all inclusive you have ice creams avalible daily. Drinks selection was good but i do feel like the cocktails/selection could of been better. Overall though we loved this hotel.

Stayed as a family of 4 in May 2024, hotel was great for family’s and young kids, choice of restaurants which is great for all inclusive. You’d be fussy if you found nothing to eat, plenty to choose from. Room was great, with a sliding door to separate you from the kids. Only downside compared to other TUI Blue restaurants was ques were larger at the bar in the day and especially at night, could have done with more bar staff. But overall I would recommend, lovely location on the beach and great family fun and entrainment. Pools had great selection for kids and adults. I would defiantly return.

We had a great time at this hotel! It’s really family oriented and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Lots of activity for kids, lots of options for food in the hotel and also around the property. There is also a grocery shopping right outside the hotel, very convenient. Overall we had a great experience.
