Only 1 negative remark is that there's leaked water sound coming from the ceiling and it's several times a day , even midnight.
This can be annoying if you are resting as night.

環境乾淨舒適，前台人員服務熱情。到酒店很晚了，懶得出去吃飯了，就叫了外賣，機器人送到房間門口～機器人特別可愛。
早餐種類多，乾淨精緻，咖啡是現磨現煮的，味道不錯。家人都很滿意。下次還要住在這裏～

訂了兩天，第二天打掃衞生也不看把我老婆的牙套給一併扔了😡😡😡。第一天紙巾就沒放，剩那麼一點。洗手盆後面牙膏也沒清理，看得出服務員打掃房間馬馬虎虎。

不清楚攜程給的四星怎麼認證的？
1、位置不好找，打車時酒店出口在限停路段，不好停車；
2、空調噪音很大，房間隔音不好，很吵；
3、衞生間抽水馬桶不抽水，最後衹能自己接水沖；
4、早餐到8點鐘了餛飩還在包，空擺設，不供餐，説沒到時間？
也就是過路住一晚，將就過了一晚。

地鐵站出站需要走1km左右，這麼熱的天建議還是叫專車吧。這樣方便也不貴，大堂的影音吧很讓人欣喜，懶人沙發舒適。房間和床又大又乾淨，隔音算是不錯了。不足也很明顯，晚上一身疲憊回酒店洗完澡去洗衣房，當時已經快晚上十一點，裏面很熱洗衣機衹有一台可以用，而且還是壞的，選擇了15分鐘速洗，站在那邊等了40多分鐘，依舊沒有洗完，計時不走且一直報錯，試了好幾次渾身濕透還是不行實在讓人無奈又心累，放棄機洗濕漉漉的衣物拿回房再手洗太折騰，還不如一開始就不浪費時間精力，希望維修人員上點心吧，各種設施的維護不要等着顧客自己發現。酒店裡麪不禁煙讓我驚呆，看見有人在走廊抽煙，還有人抽煙要進電梯讓前台刷一下電梯卡，也不提醒？？自助早餐有點迷，去的時候説小餛飩沒有，但後面來了人又説有的就是要等一會，這。。。

住沃棧酒店。首先是它的裝修格調時尚高雅，環保的木門、護眼燈、還有專門看投影的休閑區和書房、機器人服務，空氣光線都很好！更重要的是人為關懷做得很好很用心！店長跟服務服務員一起上的那種微笑服務很有禮貌！今天是跨年，還額外的送了兩份跨年禮品給我們，太開心了❤️更點的是早餐豐富美味可口！店員説衹要不浪費還把我們的早餐讓我打包帶到房間裏吃！這次還是我女兒指定要住這裏的！已連住兩次了！

設施：花灑壞的噴水，空調也沒有暖風，直接凍感冒，你家空調另外收費的？這麼冷的天都是冷氣
衞生：到處都是灰塵，角落更加嚴重，地毯上全是碎屑，打掃衞生不吸塵抹塵的？是不是衹換床單被套一次性用品？杯子燒水壺都是厚厚的灰，明顯很多天沒人使用也沒人換過沒人擦過
環境：房間隔音為0，旁邊是馬路，車來車往吵死了
服務：房間放了兩瓶洗髮水，就是不放沐浴露，怎麼，沐浴露要錢洗髮水不要錢的？
前台一個男的服務員，跟他説話愛答不理，欠你錢了？微笑服務沒人給你培訓？基本問好都不會，這個工作你實在不喜歡就不要做了，讓你們經理趁早換人，還是你就是經理沒人管的了你呀？哇那你也太牛了吧
