I returned to the hotel in the evening after taking a shower and went to the laundry room. It was almost 11 o'clock in the evening and it was very hot. There was only one washing machine that could be used, and it was broken. I chose the 15-minute quick wash and stood there. After waiting for more than 40 minutes, the wash was still not finished. The timer did not run and kept reporting errors. I tried several times and it still didn’t work even though I was soaked. It was really frustrating and tiring. It was too hard to give up washing the wet clothes in the machine and take them back to the room to wash them by hand. It's better not to waste time and energy at the beginning, and hope that the maintenance personnel will provide refreshments, and the maintenance of various facilities should not wait for customers to find out by themselves.
