Booked a king-size bed room. It was near the road and the light rail was noisy. The hotel helped upgrade to a standard room that was not near the road. The room was large and less noisy. The hotel also sent fruit and a dinner. I have stayed in the hotel many times. The service is considerate. Parking is free and it is not far from the subway station. It is worth recommending

The service is extremely bad. Regular customers smile brightly while waiting for food to be served, while stranger customers have faces as serious as bricks and ignore any questions they ask. The sound insulation is very poor and the rail traffic is so noisy that it affects sleep.
