Back to the university, the hotel is right next to the school, the room is very clean and spacious, there is a little brother who looks like Ma Tianyu at the front desk, he is super nice, seeing us with children, he took the initiative to give children slippers, toothbrushes, and snacks, and also won free breakfast, and gave children snacks and water when checking out. The small details of the room are well done, especially the disposable cups, and the toilet is prepared with alcohol disinfectant wipes. I will choose here again when I go back to school next time.

The staff was very warm and thoughtful. The hotel was booked for a concert, and the hotel also prepared surrounding areas, which was great. There is one shortcoming I still want to mention. Even if you close the windows in the room next to the elevated side, it will still be a bit noisy at night.

I booked a Jimu King Room, but was given an Executive King Room. The two rooms are completely different in terms of square footage, bed size, and bathroom configuration! ! ! ! The room only has a 1.8-meter bed. I called the front desk and asked if this room should be a Jimu King Room. The bed in the Jimu King Room is 2 meters long. I have stayed in a Jimu room before, which is also larger, 35 square meters, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The front desk told me that the room design may be different, and the photos on Ctrip are for reference only. They did not admit that I was assigned an Executive King Room. Please note that there is a price difference between the two different rooms, which is at least 50 to 100 yuan per night. When we checked in, we also specially applied for Atour membership. I didn't expect to have such a bad experience as soon as we checked in. I hope Atour Hotel can give us a reasonable explanation. They assigned a lower-end room but explained that the design was different. I also paid the full price for breakfast and membership fees...

I went there with my parents. The service of Atour is absolutely trustworthy. The hardware facilities are complete. It is located in Jiangbei New District. Although it is far from the main urban area, it has convenient transportation. I would like to praise the guys at the front desk again. They are patient and thoughtful.
