剛入住發現有一間房間桌上都是灰塵，可能是很久沒忍住了，聯繫前台換了一間。三間房免費升級商務房，酒店總體是很滿意的，住店送四張温泉票，可惜來得不是時候，水上樂園沒開。

從沒住過如此垃圾的五顆星酒店。
空調衹有熱風，沒有冷氣，開着暖風一會，房間裏就會有一種又悶又黴的感受，去問酒店前台，答覆説：我們的酒店是這樣的。衹有暖風。
床褥一股子黴味，手觸感潮潮的，下樓想換個枕頭説沒有
房間燈光是一鍵開關，洗手間的燈光是定時的，5分鐘就會自己關
洗澡的水衹有兩種模式，冷的要死和熱的要死
電吹風是衹有冷風，男的吹個頭發都要20分鐘（過年前一天剪的頭髮）

養心谷温泉酒店的環境很不錯，窗外就是龍門水都的風景，很愜意！有靠近温泉的房間，走個坡就到了，也有山頂和湖邊的房間，視野超棒！
