Abode Nashville - Germantown

What a mess! Looks good at first glance, but I will never stay here again. The walls are paper thin. I stay in average hotels all of the time, I’ve lived in apartment complex, nothing compares to this. You can hear every single step of your neighbors. So don’t think you’re going to get any actual sleep! The lighting is terrible in the bathroom, so it’s hard to do your hair/makeup. There was no shampoo in the shower. The water pressure in the shower was a joke, so if you do bring your own shampoo, good luck actually getting it out of your hair. Oh and the shower goes cold mid way through. It turns back to hot eventually, but you have to stand there and wait for a few minutes in cold water. When I asked to be transferred to a different room they said they didn’t have any available, but you could tell that the complex was only about 25% full, so I knew that was a lie.

Lovely Stay The parking was super easy and the location is very close to the Greenway which is great for running and biking. There was plenty of room for my family and the kitchen was well equipped. I found the bed to be too soft, but that would not be a problem for everyone. I would also recommend a sleep mask as the bedrooms stay bright even at night. There were earplugs provided, but noise did not seem to be a issue for us.

Restful. Clean and well kept. Comfortable sleep and quiet neighborhood. Very walkable to many things.

Property was amazing, just a few things missing like tea towel & baking tray for the oven.

Desperately needs noise reduction from upstairs. It was a great location, good size, with everything we needed. However, the shower curtain didn’t go to the floor and the entire bathroom floor is flooded after every shower. I would like to say it was relaxing, but we did not sleep well even one night. The people upstairs are just going about normal business and it wakes you from sleep several times throughout the night. Noise reduction is a must. I would not stay here again for any extended time.

We lost electricity in part of the condo and no one ever came to fix the problem. There was a water leak under the kitchen sink. There seems to be no noise bearer between units. You can hear everything from your neighbors and all the construction going on outside.
