"The location is great, one tricycle ride to the Nasugbu downtown - where you can do groceries and eat at common fast foods, like McDonalds. The fare is Php20 only. The beach is not appealing, since it has black or dark sand. But you can opt to go to nearby islets with white sand and clearer water, you just need to rent a boat. The rooms are not that clean, and hardly maintained with a very old airconditioning unit. The tiny bathroom has a foul smell. No water heater, but you can get hot/cold water at the restaurant. Wifi is so-so, it can reach the guest's room area but if you need a stronger connection you need to go closer to the restaurant or reception area. A lot of things need to be improved in this resort. But this area in Nasugbu has one of the great sunset views."

"Ctrip should classify this residence as a folk custom rather than a hotel, the configuration is relatively poor, and the air conditioner is very loud. Most importantly there is no hot water. The adjacent sea water is dirty, and there are no water tourism projects like Thailand, which is a pity. The price of this accommodation is high and unreasonable."
"The photos and the promotion are totally inconsistent. This kind of environment is more than 1000P a night, which is expensive. The environment is poor, the facilities are poor, and there is no Wi-Fi.
照片和宣传完全不符合,这种环境超过1000P一晚上都贵了,环境差,设施差,Wi-Fi都没有"

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The view of the ocean from my room was absolutely breathtaking, making my mornings truly special. Check-in was impressively quick, and I received my key card in no time at all, which was a pleasant surprise.
The location is fantastic, as it's conveniently close to a mall and just a short walk to the beach, allowing for easy access to sun and surf. The hotel feels exclusive, providing a serene and upscale atmosphere that enhances the overall experience.
The room itself was lovely and well-maintained, and the bathroom was clean and modern, providing a comfortable space to unwind.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views, great amenities, and a perfect location near the beach!"
"Excellent value hotel and resort. Wonderful staff both courteous and efficient. Great breakfast buffet. Excellent amenities for the resort. My compliments to the general manager."
"They give their best to provide good quality service to their guests. The cabin family rooms are huge but room amenities are just okay. Heater just needs some fixing since it suddenly changes temperature. There’s a lot of activities to do and food are decent tasting for the price. Overall, i highly recommend the place"
"When we arrive, they have ample parking considering it's a weekend and a holiday. Check-in time is also tolerable. Yes, there was a long line, but they have like 4 counters accommodating check-ins, and they have a separate checkout counter. Just be ready with 2 adult IDs that are checking in and the 2k deposit. The room is so spacious; we got the 1BR family suite, and it has 2 queen daybeds with no pillows and blankets, 2 double beds, 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen with a sink and non-functional stovetop, and a medium-sized refrigerator. It also has a sala and a dining area as well. They initially provided 2 free water bottles, but I requested an additional 2 since the room was booked for 4 people, and they complied. I do have an issue with one of the toilets since it was clogged on the first day, and we're staying for 3 days, so it's very inconvenient, if you can imagine. I did report it, but no one came to address this matter. The free breakfast is so-so. It gets you full, and the selections are not that bad but not great. I don't know if they offer meals during lunchtime since we ate outside (L’bulalo—definitely a must-try!), but for dinner they only offer the grill station and the buffet. It was quite sad since on our last night it rained so hard, and all the people were stuck in the outdoor dining area of the grill station, and they had to halt everything since it got wet, even the food that was grilling. The pool was huge! So even though there were other people swimming, it didn't feel crowded. The beach is clean and clear, but the shore has a lot of rocks or shells, so it hurts when you walk over it. Overall, it's good for a quick getaway."

Amazing
AAngelica EranaThe airbnb is good and the staff are accomodating and friendly however we are not be able to try the beach because its far from the place itself. We are not aware that the 5 to 6 minutes travel time from tge beach to the house is only applicable if you have a car but in our case we dont so it is kind of hassle for us. Also, we are not informed that there is a new policy in the beach that you cannot swim if you wont avail a cottage which cost 1k for the cheapest but the cottage is not that good looking. But our group still manage to have fun because the caretaker/staff are very friendly and nice.
