Close to the outlet mall, so this is the reason we choose this hotel. There is no way this is a 4 stars.... The check inn was quick, room with a view to the highway. Lack of air in the room and in the whole building, temperature set on high and the fact that we closed the air blow in the room did not help as the window can't be properly opened, only a few centimeters . The room is very basicly furnished, closet is too small and there are no accesories in the bathroom. No shower cap no body lotion, ear sticks, paper napkins...nothing . At 4 stars? Breakfast was diverse but only low quality products, coffee from nachine made from chemicals, no fresh squeezed orange juice The price of this hotel is verg high with no justification.

My best friend and I were attentive to the new boutique hotel at the Neusiedlersee via SocialMedia and have now spent the holiday with our 3 children here. Perfectly successful! The rooms were generous and very tasty furnished. Our rooms were also equipped with two balconies and so both morning and evening sun. In the room everything (air conditioning, light, “please not disturb.”...) can be controlled via a SmartHome facility on the iPad. And the bed was great. The included breakfast was richest and very good. Also à la carte dishes were possible without problem The small but very fine dining card of the bistro or at the pool has not left any wishes open. After bar closed, you can be in the lobby at the ”Honesty Bar” (Love That Name) The pool area was super clean and stylish and as a guest of the hotel you have free access to the adjacent sea basin weiden and the lake. Perfect is also the location right next to the blue gans and fritz, Where we always like to go to dinner. The staff was really super friendly and always trying to meet all wishes. In hot days it can be short with the beds on pool/seabad, but it seems to be already working on it. We're sure we're coming even more often - with and without children.

It's 3.5 but tripadvisor doesn't allow half a point I guess. Overall the hotel is clean and new, the staff was friendly and location relative to the outlet shopping area is great, also plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. Two things bothered me however: 1) there is no closet or a wardrobe in the room, it's like they are telling you don't stay for more than couple days, and for a hotel where most people stay are shoppers, I find it very weird not to have a place to put away your clothes or shopping 2) there is no safe in the room, I mean come on, this is basic stuff, so now I have to carry my valuables with me whenever I leave the room, again very inconvenient Overall it is a good hotel, could be a lit better if they addressed items above.

All was great!! The beds were comfy, everything very clean, well equipped, the staff was mega friendly, the room big enough! The best breakfast ever until now in Austria!!! The coffee was finally what it should have been! We were extremely impressed of the services/money spent. Parking available,free of charge, 25 km away from Bratislava ( extra :) ) , shopping available 3 Min away by car. We will definitely come again!

My husband and I, with our two teenage children stayed at Life Hotel as a result of a long transit. It cost us 20euro from the airport to get to the hotel. We arrived and had a warm welcome from reception staff. Check in was seamless. The room was compact but sufficient for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the room was generally very clean. Please note that this is a room for a short stay. It’s not ideal for a long stay or for holiday purposes.
